“One of the pieces of merchandise I received was not as advertised; pants that were advertised as denim were a stretchy material that was nowhere close to denim. Two other items did not fit. To return the items, the buyer is responsible for shipping. What they do not tell you is that you are shipping to China, so there is the extra customs expense on top of international shipping. I opted to give the stuff away rather than go through the hassle to receive so little. When I told the woman with whom I was live-chatting that I would write a bad review and "call it a day" she responded with an offer of 25% pay back on the return items. She wrote that it would go to my "original account" so I'm hoping it makes it to my credit card account. Meanwhile a local women's shelter is getting some gifts...”
“When the website says easy and fast returns, it is a lie. They wanted me to send returns to China from the US and pay customs rates. When processed only then would I would get my money back.
I went back and forth with them, not accepting the 15%, then 35%, and finally I agreed to a 50% refund, and kept the clothing, agreeing to donate 9 of 12 items received. Refund was transacted accordingly very soon afterwards.
90% of the sizes were too big as a medium. No shape to the tops which were loose and baggie. Quality very poor.

“Worst products and customer service I have ever experienced and I’ve done all my shopping online for 20 years. Never received over $100 worth of clothes and after over 3 months of emails back and forth they still won’t believe that I didn’t receive the package. The P.O. says delivered so I understand the confusion. As requested I initiated a post office search via the usps online form which reported it delivered of course. When I’ve had similar problems, other retailers just send my refund but I guess JFN thinks I’m trying to get away with theft. You can never speak to anyone, and different people respond to emails so you have to start from the beginning to explain again and again. They are just UNABLE to communicate. Very frustrating. So I’m out the money. By the way I did receive one package, very inferior product that I didn’t even feel worthy of donating so in the trash. Never again with this company.”

“Clothes did not fit. When I started the return process, I read that you have to return to another country and pay shipping and customs fees. I contacted by chat and they offered to give me back 15% and I would keep the dresses. Then it went to 25%, I countered with 50% and they said the highest was 30%. They also said it would take awhile to post on my credit card. I plan to file a dispute so it won’t be past the dispute date . The clothes material on one dress is awful and the other two dresses fit funny. I will donate them. Lesson learned. Maybe someone can use as something. I don’t think they will fit anyone.”
“4 weeks to deliver two dresses. Cheapest fabric I have EVER felt, threads dangling out from all over the dress. In no WAY felt like cotton blend per the site, more like a really bad polyester. The reviews all over the place are manipulated by their own media so unfortunately, many will believe them. The good news is I will NEVER order clothes online after this experience, unless the store is near me and accepts returns in person.”

I ordered 5 blouses because they look so beautiful online and was very anxious to receive them. 4 or them were delivered approx. 3 weeks later and 1 took another 3 weeks to receive. The quality is just awful and the sizing is not at all how they list it on their chart. In the description of each blouse, it doesn't tell you the fabric content, just some kind of blend, so I was a little skeptical when I ordered them. I was so disappointed with every blouse and am sending them all back. As the return shipping is on the buyer it cost me $80 to return them. I just pray that they receive them (China) within the return deadline because it took so long for them to get to me from China. I want a complete refund and don't plan to order anything ever again. PLEASE BEWARE!

I found there merchandise cheap, overpriced and the customer service worthless. They do not notify you of the date your merchandise ships and you have no way to tract it. I ask the rep in customer service if they were charging me more because I was spending American dollars

This company sent me several items of which one I could not get over my head, the other was sewn inside out on both sleeves.
(ps, the rest of the blouse was correctly sewn)
The company said it was made that way on purpose..obviously it was not if the rest of the blouse was sewn correctly.
When I asked them to send corrected clothing, they refused
I then was told if I would send back the faulty items they would replace
(which I did)
BUT I needed to pay postage they said
That cost me $27 to an address in China!
I contacted PAYPAL and only the postage was returned to my credit card. This co has the most horrible customer service..
Hopefully you will not ignore the lesson I learned the hard way.
I was a great customer in the past, but never ever again will I trust this company.
