“I purchased a toy on 8/6/21. On 8/20/21, I tried to change the batteries. The first battery came out w/no problem. The second battery was not so, easy to remove. I had to hit the end of my toy to get the battery to move. In the process the white tube that held the batteries came out. I was then able to change the second battery and put the tube back inside the toy. When I turned it on, it was very, very loud. When I went to turn it off the turn off mechanism would not work. Called CS, stated they would send out a replacement, waiting to hear back from Mindful.”
