My order was separated into 2 packages. The second one never arrived to me. The tracking marked it as delivered. I don't know who got the package with my name on it.

I haven't received my order according to your tracking information my package has been sitting in your New Jersey facility since January 13th. That's 12 days funny thing the facility is only 3 hours away.. Not happy..

What bothers me is that according to the tracking, it took 8 1/2 DAYS for my order to get from Solon, Ohio (50 miles from me) to my mailbox! REALLY!?

While the customer service reps were very nice when I would hear from them, I had several emails go unanswered. Then the packaging were bags, my opinion box's would make it more private.

I did not enjoy my purchase the strap on hoster is not of good quality and began to unravel imediately . so I cant use it' and it was suppose to come with vibrateing action. i found it to be a heavy piece of rubber that the hoster dont support. not way to charge

The vibrating unit I purchased, LELO Tiani2, doesn't turn off when the power button is held down for several seconds. It keeps vibrating through the various cycles until starting over again, then it shuts off. Not satisfactory.
