It doesn’t work. I put batteries in and nothing! Compared to the California Exotic novelities I purchased previously, the devise from Mindful is cheap plastic.

Product came damaged. It was shipped in an envelope, box was crushed. This is why they want you to purchase the extra insurance, which I did not. I do not expect to receive damaged goods to begin with after spending $64 on a single item. This site is expensive compared to others. I have already purchased items from a different site and will never use Mindful again.

It did not work at all. Put brand new batteries in and would not turn on. Thank goodness I did not pay full price. Not worth sending back!!!!

Well , I made a purchase at the beginning of the month and one attempt was made to deliver the item. Which supposedly failed. Which is a first because FedEx, USPS and the US Mail have never had a problem. So I guess I should be expecting a refund!

there is no way to reach you. the phone is n e v e r answered, and you never get a responses to any emails sent to you. the only thing you do is badger me with email sales. i will not be dealing with you again.
