I never received my package! I ordered this item about a month ago. The last day I received any delivery updates was 11days ago. I’m very unsatisfied! I spent $70 for nothing.

The item did not match the dimensions listed, it was less than half the size. Luckily I was given a refund and the customer service rep was very polite & helpful. (Shelby White). She asked me to take it out of the packaging, measure it, and send her pics. Later, after our correspondence, I was glad I had gotten the refund because I tried turning it on to see the intensity for a possible future purchase....as it turns out, it didn’t work properly anyway, so I was very glad I’d gotten the refund. Her helpfulness made me want to try ordering again, but not after I saw that the item didn’t even work. Thanks.

The vibrator in the toy broke the first time it was used. I didn't get the insurance against defective products. Personally, to buy that insurance policy is my betting against you. I don't lose a bit a second time. You should just add your cost of insurance to the product and fully guarantee it from the start. Maybe you'll KEEP another customer.

I placed an order on March 27,2021. I waited a few weeks and never got it. I emailed your company and got a quick response. They said they would reship my order due to it never getting processed. That was 2 days ago. Never got a tracking # for new order or notice that it had shipped.

I placed an order on 3/14/2021 the order was suppose to be delivered between 2-4 days because I paid extra for shipping. The order never showed up. So I called customer service they said please give it a few more days and refunded the money I paid extra for shipping. Here it is 3/29/2021 and I still have not received my order.
