The item I purchased came in an envelope that did not protect it. The box was crushed and my item that I paid over $60 for did not work. I do have to say that customer service has been AMAZING!!!!! They sent me a replacement right away, but unfortunately, the replacement came in the same exact condition as the first one.

I purchased a toy on 8/6/21. On 8/20/21, I tried to change the batteries. The first battery came out w/no problem. The second battery was not so, easy to remove. I had to hit the end of my toy to get the battery to move. In the process the white tube that held the batteries came out. I was then able to change the second battery and put the tube back inside the toy. When I turned it on, it was very, very loud. When I went to turn it off the turn off mechanism would not work. Called CS, stated they would send out a replacement, waiting to hear back from Mindful.

My product doesnt even work, and it bend too much. It doesn't stay in place. I even put brand new batteries in it, and it still doesnt work. I just bought it. Just wasted my money.

Poor performance, advertised as three speed, but only one functions. Lubricant also dries up quickly and makes for discomfort.
