First I didn’t receive my order. UPS was supposed to deliver it. They gave it to the postal service because they couldn’t find my address. Postal service told me that they had returned it back to sender because my address was incomplete. No one seems to be able to help me. So I don’t have my order and I lost out $200.00 plus I paid over $15.00 for shipping. It been over a month. I’m not really happy and I’m a first time buyer.

I was expecting something with a little more intense vibration, so this particular toy did not do anything for me- I can get myself off quicker than the toy I bought...but the lube was nice!

The product was great, but the charger stopped working after the first charge. I'm buying another charger on e-bay before I throw it all out.

I ordered on April 27th. It said 3-5 days shipping and I started freaking out after over a week and still had not shipped! Finally on May 6th I get an email that it had shipped and I just received my order today, May 8th. I’m so relieved I got what I ordered but would never order through them again. I thought for sure I had been scammed because it took sooo long to get what was supposed to take 3-5 days.

I placed an order on April 15th and it is now April 30th. I have called and sent an email. Without any update to when my order will be delivered. I am very displeased and I will not order anything else from this company and I will not recommend. You need to update you shipping time on your page. As well as have someone answer the calls and emails that are sent to you.

I bought 2 different items about a month apart and the 1st one broke within a month and the 2nd item doesn't have the power it claims. I was happy with the 1st item but it broke too easily so I am not happy about that because they are too expensive to not last more than a month!

I bought two items I had problems with. A third item was fine, just as represented. My First Blush came through with offers to issue credits or replacements for the faulty items. They have excellent customer service and promptly look to keep the customer satisfied.
