Having ordered an item and it appeared as a pending payment on my credit card, I then received an email stating just that the order had been cancelled. The web page was off-line for 'maintenance'. I emailed them for explanation and later received an email saying that due to unforeseen circumstances they could not supply my item and I have not been charged. I have not been charged but disappointed that they were not able to supply me as I expected. The web page is still unavailable so I hope the company is OK

Order was placed for 4no items to enable movement of a Classic car for a photo shoot over the weekend. Only 1no item was delivered and too late now to assist with the planned move which must be completed by close on 13/2.

I found difficulty in finding the items I wanted to buy. You did not stock items that I purchased last April so I had to fish around for an alternative it took me an hour to sort out how to ask for them ,the range of similar items were not presented in a user friendly order....my order was accepted .I was told that it had been fulfilled . I was later informed by phone and then by e-mail that some of the goods were not available and I was repaid I have yet to receive a receipt or invoice for the goods so I can reclaim the cash from my employer . Where I come from if you say you accept the order you are duty bound to fullfill it with a viable alternative . I am severely disappointed with the service...I feel your website could do with some user friendly updating and stock quantity linking.

I Ordered and Paid For A Part For My Torque Wrench and I'm Still Waiting For It To Arrive. This Was at least 4/5 weeks ago?

Overall the product is very good well-made with solid construction. What I find poor is the fact that you sold me the lathe knowing full well that you have discontinued selling the 4 jaw independent lathe chuck. I am retired and as such could not afford to buy it all at once (If I could I might have found out in time to buy an alternative). Now I am stuck with a lathe and no chuck I would be very grateful if you could tell me where I might get one to fit.

Web site good, staff very helpful - I could not fault the professionalism or helpfulness of the staff in any way. Excellent people to deal with. However, very, very badly let down by their chosen cowboy courier (DX). The courier (DX) attempted delivery twice bit did not leave a card (or notify anyone). I still have the CCTV of both attempts showing the courier ring the door bell then leave [definitely no card]). DX then told justoffbase a bare faced lie that they had definatley left a card both times. And when Dodgy DX finally delivered, the item was scuffed and dented (very carelessly treated). I would NOT recommend justoffbase unless you can get 100% assurance they will NOT use DX as the courier.

When I chased my order, I was informed that the item was made to order - we were not informed about this at time of order - it is now over a week since placing or order - it would be nice to be kept up to date regarding progress.

Ordered item before christmas and still have not recieved the item, item has been lost as l have been told, so new item has to be sent out.
