“Product appears to be good value for money and was just what I wanted. However no delivery date was assigned and it was just a case of waiting and hoping. Fortunately it was delivered in a very few days.”

“web site good, the responses back from the purchases good, the notification that the item will take 5 weeks to re stock and deliver to me was prompt The only thing not good is - on web site if stock gonna take weeks to come it needs to notify before the customer purchases”

“Product arrived in good time. But tried to ring Justoffbase 3 times over the course of 3 days to check on stock and progress of order. Messages were left but calls were not returned until the phone was answered on the 3rd day.”

“You might want to check the inside of the boxes before you send them as there was a label of £599 in the box and you stated free post and charged over £600”

“They were willing to put two orders together although made separately on the same day which saved on a secondary delivery rate . unfortunately although i paid the next day delivery rate their transport service did not honour this.”

“Original product was below acceptable quality but they were prompt and generous in their response to my complaint and refunded price plus delivery immediately without any quibble, then telephoned to apologise and check that I was happy.”

“I haven't the faintest idea what it is I am reviewing as you haven't told me. Justoffbase? Can't really remember buying from them to be honest, although I suppose I must have amongst the dozens of things that I but online. Best of luck with whatever it was!”

“I purchased a Car Battery Charger from Just off Base. The site was easy to use and the whole transaction was fine. However when the parcel arrived there was a small tear in the outer carton which I tended to ignore. However two days later when I was given the whole package as a gift from my wife I discovered a substantial dent in the outer casing of the product. I checked if the product worked which it did, so I accept that perhaps I should have been more careful when I took delivery. I am not unduly worried about the defect as its an industrial tool which will be used roughly and I have no wish to go through the aggro of parcelling it up and returning it for replacement. Its just a little disapointing that the carrier somewhere along the line has allowed this product to be roughly handeled, as I am certain it never left the factory in this condition. This is one disadvantage of buying over the net.”
