“Needed some new appliances in my kitchen, the existing oven was starting to go so decided to revamp everything to match. Lovely team, very informative, helped me get the best price and set up the order. Delivery turned up a few days later, very nice, simple and easy. Still getting to grips with the settings, but so far a very pleasant experience, and my kitchen looks amasing now!!”

“Had an amazing experience ordering with Kaiser. Always quick to answer calls or emails, very knowledgeable staff, gave me all the required specs. Delivery was easy to book and arrived as scheduled, very smooth process. Purchase the Avantgarde Cooker Hood, just had it fitted, and it’s been a dream to use, very impressed.”

“Had the pleasure of dealing with Kaiser when getting some new appliances for my kitchen (plus a few small appliances for a quick birthday gift for a friend!). Very friendly team, happy to talk and go through details, very refreshing to experience. Delivery was easy, turned up within their 2-hour window, 2-man team so didn't need to lift a finger, just open the door and sign. Have just gotten them fitted so still breaking them in, but so far, very impressed with the design, build quality and finish, definitely German-made quality.”

“I came across Kaiser after comparing prices with extraction power, and decided to shoot an email to see if I could pop round and take a look at some bits. Staff were super polite, the team looked like they work well together, and they were very informative. Placed my order and held the delivery for a bit, when it did turn up, straight into the home, not left outside or anything. I've put them to great use, they look great, and they're a breeze to use. Check them out if you're in need of a fresh kitchen.”

“I stumbled across Kaiser Appliances on the look out for classical appliances, specifically those with more contemporary features. It can be quite hard now and then to get through, but every time I called, I was met by friendly, polite and professional staff who I found to be very knowledgeable of their products. I understand sometimes the call load can be a bit temperamental, though. Emails were responded to promptly. The delivery was fast, the lads dropped it in the house, fitters were waiting (risky move as timeslot was confirmed just the evening before), so got it all done in one day. I am very pleased with the new kitchen, which perfectly matches the vintage aesthetic of our house. Thanks a lot.”

“Recently purchased a cooker hood from Kaiser. From start to finish was pleasant, loved speaking to the team, very straightforward to set everything up. Delivery was a bit delayed, but when it arrived, the staff did a quick and efficient job. Few days later, finally got it up and running, the power is incredible, and it's very intuitive to start using. Definitely planning on coming back here for my upcoming kitchen refurb.”

“Recently took delivery of a Kaiser Built-In Oven and Hob. Delivery was a bit delayed, although mostly my fault, I had chosen the wrong date by accident, but the staff were able to help me get it moved forward slightly so it wasnt too delayed. Team were friendly, very nice to speak with, quick to sort out issues. It's been one week now, and I'm very happy with my new set-up”

“All of my kitchen appliances started failing pretty much one after another, so was frantically searching for a reputable company that would fit the bill. Found Kaiser after many hours of googling, exchanged a few emails, generally fast to reply, but sometimes could take a while, which is okay, they are a business after all. Eventually ended up settling on a Oven + Hob bundle, which was the main things I needed to replace, but chucked on some small bits like kettles and toaster, as mine were starting to go. Got a very good discount, delivery was fast enough, managed to get it all fitted and ready to go in time for Christmas. Thank you for the support Kaiser Team!”

“Recently purchased a Kaiser Gas Hob and Electric Oven (from the Grand Chef range). Lovely Customer Support, team was always friendly, quick to respond on email. Delivery did take a bit long (although I did order on Black Friday on the day, so I understand that things get hectic), but when it did turn up, the lads were very sweet, put it right into my kitchen. Called my builder the next day, got them slapped in, and so far I'm very impressed! Solid build, does what it says on the box, and can't wait to use the rotisseire for the Xmas roast!”

“Ordered pretty much a brand new appliance set with Kaiser (Oven, Hob, Extractor, Coffee Machine, Table Microwave). Staff were very friendly, very knowledgable. Delivery was a bit slow, but to be expected with most companies at this time of year, but the delivery lads were pretty swift, and everything arrived perfectly fine and intact. Had it fitted about 8 days ago, and so far so good, straightforward to use, and does the job well.”

“I had exchanged a few emails with Kaiser Team in regards to few appliances I was interested in. Unfortunately some of the appliances I wanted were discontinued, but the team helped me find some updated models that still work with the style of my kitchen. They sent me the invoice with the link to pay, which was smooth enough. Delivery was slightly delayed as I had messed up with the flat number (honest mistake), but the team managed to help turn it around fast enough. Delivery itself was actually stressfree, the people leave it where you tell them to, and my builders installed it without any complaints, so I assume it's pretty simple. Very happy so far, but will update in future as I get more use out of the new kitchen”

“Purchased a large amount of appliances as part of an ongoing kitchen refurb. Found Kaiser as not many brands feature this type of design. Called a few times to get some info, consulted with my fitters, eventually placed my order, team were very friendly, helped me reserve my order until the fitters were ready, delivery was smooth enough, and I’ve just had everything fitted, very happy so far!”

“DO NOT BUY. £115 empire electric kettle. Less than 6 months old and pai bubbling and peeling around the spout where it joins main body of kettle. Only ever wiped over witha damp cloth and then dry. NO abrasive cleaner ir product ever used on it. Kaiser implied I had mistreated the kettle. They refuse to replace the kettle as bubbling paintwork is not coveredby warranty. Expensive kettle, very poor paint quality with appalling customer aftercare service. will not purchase anything from them ever again. DO NOT BUY!!!! I asked for it to be looked into by senior management as surely this couldn't be normal for the paint to bubble in less than 6 months. I was told that I was dealing with the dept that dealt with problems and they had already told me they were not prepared to help. I cannot put into words how dissapointed and appalled I am at such a poor response to a clearly faulty product. I gave one star but if it had let me leave zero stars, I would have done . DREADFUL CUSTOMER AFTERCARE SERVICE.”
