Order number is 5169 I don't recommend this brand. I brought range cooker, priced 3k, and hood extractor, priced 700 pounds. The cooker came damaged already, with an attempt to be repaired, and the hood extractor also came damaged with EU plug, which delayed my project with 1 month. Trying to do a separate guarantee, such as Domestic & General, for the appliances, none of those who deal with this type of guarantee will make one for this brand. You'll be stuck only with the brand guarantee, which is 1-2 years, and after this period, you'll need to pray to not broke.

I purchased a Kaiser kettle, expecting top-notch quality and longevity given the premium price point. However, less than two years in, the paint has already started chipping off. For a product marketed as high-end, this level of deterioration is unacceptable, especially considering it’s been subject to normal household use. After reaching out to customer service and providing photos, I was met with responses focused on "maintenance" and “wear and tear,” rather than addressing the actual issue of durability. The implication seemed to be that I hadn't properly cared for the appliance, however you can see all the chips. My frustration lies in Kaiser's's reluctance to acknowledge that a product at this price point should not deteriorate this quickly. When compared with other brands, like KitchenAid, which I’ve used without any similar issues, this experience falls short of what you’d expect for the cost. I’ve been left with no choice but to leave this review, as I feel others should be aware of the product's limitations. I’d recommend potential buyers consider other brands that deliver on both quality and customer care. Kaiser may look great initially, but don’t expect it to maintain its appearance or performance in the long run. Save your hard-earned money for a brand that will stand the test of time – unlike my experience with Kaiser.

We absolutely love it. Early days but very much suited to the two of us. Love the ice making contraption but does take up a fair amount of space. Ticks all the boxes and so good that we also got the wine cooler too!

The customer services of this organisation is incredibly rude, and substandard. This is unacceptable. We highly recommend you shop elsewhere. Karolina and their manager who did not share his name, are incredibly rude and should not be working in any customer facing roles. They sell in the UK appliances that come with EU plugs. They do not place this information clearly anywhere on their website, or their product description. This does not comply with the UK electrical safety regulations.

Shocked to hear that when my appliance broke within a month they tried to weasel their way out of the warranty. No good faith or professional standards, purely tried to argue the small print over a clear manufacturing defect. Appalling customer service and will not be using them again, a price premium without the customer support, might as well go for Bosch, Smeg or Miele.

I bought a Kaiser electric ceramic hob a few years ago. The first one we had was faulty. The second one worked ok but is a very poor design. It has the word 'Intelligent' written into the ceramic but in my opinion it is the complete opposite of that! First of all it controls the temperature using a simple on and off cycle rather than thermostatic or using variable elements like some other hobs. This makes it difficult to control the temperature. The most absurd feature of this hob is that when you want to turn one of the rings down and if the ring happens to be currently in an off cycle, it turns the ring back on - the complete opposite of what you would expect or want. Surely it is not rocket science to have simple firmware in the hob that starts the cycle in the 'off phase' when it detects you have lowered the heat and in the 'on phase' when you increase it. I was fooled into thinking that a German hob must be good but I think I have learned my lesson.

I would highly suggest avoiding ordering directly from Kaiser and trying to go via another provider, as the technical team I was referred to after having a broken ice maker arrive was rude and patronising. I am appalled by the way they spoke to me. I sent a video that showed no ice came out of the box, and the employee replied saying they can't see there's a problem, and that they've never had a complaint about this before (as if to imply I'm lying). They then told me that 'as with any ice maker, the ice has to be physically pushed out'. After I sent them the Kaiser-own video and manual which specifically states you don't have to do this, and showed how difficult it would be to squeeze my hand in the box to try and pry the ice out, they said nothing but that he'll send me a new one. When I replied and asked if they are now confirming that my ice maker is in fact broken, they gave no apology and just said that after speaking to the German manufacturers, they've said there might be. This person was rude the entire time, and not once put their signature on their emails nor their name - I assume because they knew how poor customer service they were providing. Such a shame as the person providing our quote was great, and I was considering buying other kitchen appliances before this occurred. I definitely will not be doing that.

Just bought a new kaiser avantgarde pro eh 6337. Great looking oven apart from the design doesn’t have a preheat light , ESSENTIAL!!! TO ANY OVEN no way of telling when the oven has reached its temperature, knobs also feel loose, (however Kaiser tell me this is normal) disappointing as it’s a very expensive oven. It also had a fault , it thought the probe was plugged in and kept turning off. I’m waiting for Kaiser to replace with different model or refund. Kaiser came out and fixed probe/turning off fault, however, refused to swap oven for a cheaper model that can preheat/tell me the temperature of the oven. They told me it was my fault for not checking it didn't have preheat notification feature. Not the kind of customer service I'd expected after paying out £1,379.00. I don't feel I should have to check an essential feature that 99% of ovens on the market have, and all other top end ovens have. I feel a bit conned and very disapointred with their customer service. At least I can help other from making same mistake.

Great oven, looks beautiful. Only criticism I have is that the timer knob has fallen off and it makes the timer very hard to use.

When I started looking for new appliances for my new kitchen I came across Kaiser I must admit I was very nervous as I had never heard of the Company before, or anybody else that I knew, but I loved the vintage look of the Empire range so took what I thought was a chance. I need not have worried. I am delighted with my new cooker and the quality of it I bought the Empire 90, I have had an issue, not cause by Kaiser regarding the cooker hood where my carpenter cut it wrong so I have had to get a replacement. You really find out how good a Company truly are when something goes wrong and I have got to say what a lovely Company Kaiser are I have dealing with a really lovely lady called Alina who has gone to so much trouble for us and I really appreciate the time she has taken, she has always kept me fully informed and I can honestly say, especially since COVID when I think customer service is the area most effected within business, but from start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with.

Awful customer service, appliance was sent with continental plug, wrong colour shade & didn't fit. Kaiser refuses to pay the returns & were quite rude in their response!

Ordered a fridge/freezer from Kaiser, a quality item, but what is outstanding is their customer service. we had a few minor issues which were sorted out with such professionalism... it came as a surprise to us as we had a faulty appliance from a very large retailer and their service and product were so poor it beggars belief. from my experience with Kaiser...I can't fault them....

I recently bought an empire black dishwasher along with a matching empire freestanding microwave. The dishwasher works quietly, can fit a lot in and cleans really well. The microwave looks really unique in my kitchen and is very easy to use. Will be recommending to everyone!
