“Came to me via Green Flag. Phillip was brilliant, helped me with my flat tyre and was patient in trying to charge my battery which in the end needed changing. Fitted the new battery and went the extra mile in helping me as the previous battery had been badly fitted by Halfords I highly recommend this company. Phillip is an asset to the company and was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much :)”

“I have just had assistance from John (BF 107) from Kavanagh Motor Group. No breakdown of any kind is pleasant but John was very helpful and sorted the problem out efficiently and was very professional. Very happy overall with the whole experience.”

“Car would not start and Green Flag sent a mechanic from Kavanagh Motor Group. Mechanic arrived within the hour and diagnosed and repaired the problem within 15 mins. The service was excellent, prompt and very professional. Fantastic customer service! Thank you”

“My Mazda 3 would not start because during self isolation I had not driven the car for a number of days. I called Green Flag and a representative from Kavanagh Motors came very quickly and soon ascertained that the real problem was that a new battery was required. He replaced the battery within about ten minutes. The service was excellent and prompt. The customer service was great.”

“Called about my battery being flat at 2:26 and Patrick arrived at 2:55, he was very kind as he waited for me for 15 minutes as I was on Clapham high street, not expecting him for a couple of hours, he tested the battery (turned out it was completely flat) he changed the battery and he was on his way, took roughly 30 minutes ish, Patrick was Very kind and we had a good old chat. If I need my car done again please send Patrick”

“Booked breakdown assistance via the green flag app. Very easy to do. Got updates via app and text message. The gentleman Andy GF108 was very polite and helpful. Explained what he was doing and what he thought to be the problem.”

“Kavanagh were called out by my Green Flag recovery policy, Kavanagh turned up within the time frame I was given on the phone with the driver calling me 10mins before his arrival time. The mechanic Andy GF108 was superb. He was efficient and polite and sorted out my Nissan Juke and also gave some sound advice for me moving forward. Definitely recommend in future. Regards D. Nash”

“I had a flat battery in my citreon yesterday so I called you out on my green flag recovery policy. Due to age I am self isolating. The mechanic was brilliant did everything I requested, we kept well away from each other. He phoned through to the office for payment so did not even need to touch his terminal. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a safe few months due to the coronavirus. Be careful, we all have families. We all have responsibly to each and everyone of us.”

“I am very impressed with the help I got from Kavanagh MG, particularly Misu K021. The call was made through Green Flag. I had driven over a nail and had to have the spare tyre fitted. I was kept fully informed and up-dated on when Misu would arrive. The work was done efficiently and fully explained. Misu was polite and extremely helpful.”
