“Couldn’t fault the service. We had Jason appointed to us and we was stranded on the M25. He got to us very quickly and made us feel at ease. Amazing service.”

“Although we are with Green Flag - Kavanagh were appointed our rescue. Service was second to none - unfortunately mechanic ( who I would give 15/10) could not fix problem brought us home safe and sound. Would highly recommend”

“Sanjay KO28. Courtesy call before arriving on time picked me and my car up from Feltham and delivered me safely to Fords at Dagenham. Very friendly and helpful guy. Left my handbag in the footwell of his van which was promptly returned to me after a quick call. Credit to the company. Can't recommend enough.”

“Great service reliable, prompt and friendly recovery man. Left my handbag in his van and promptly returned to me even though he was onto his next job. Hopefully I dont breakdown again but if I did would definitely use this company. 5 stars.”

“Andy GF108 let me know when he would be arriving - diagnosed it was a broken brake cable, drove the car to the local garage and then we walked back home in the rain together before he drove off Job done. Thanks, Andy !”

“GF124-Ben My Auris 08 reg MMT broke down with engine management light, preceded by hot clutch warning. Excellent all round service, from initial call, diagnosing fault, ensuring safe 25 mile escorted trip from New Malden to garage in Guildford to taking me home in Guildford. Extremely courteous service.”

“The recovery gentleman Kieth was very professional in his work,id say did more than i expected and carried out his work in happy manner..top man The office called me several times to update me on ETA, it was obviously a busy day for them and i wasn't in need of urgent assistance,so 5 stars for them also..”

“Excellent service today from GF107- John. Arrived earlier than expected, got the car going, checked it over and was driving away as he should have been arriving! It can’t get better than that. Both John, and the office , called to advise arrival time.”

“When I had a flat tyre, Kavanagh responded speedily and helpfully. They were with me in 20minutes and the wheel was rapidly changed, the tyre examined and advice given. They could not have been more helpful and efficient.”

“The technician sent me a text to let me know that he was on his way which was really helpful. He was excellent, technically adept, polite and caring. I have had an accident and broken my hip, the weather was awful, the car was outside my house and although I can't walk well I can drive and I needed the car to attend a physio appointment.He was kind and told me to leave it to him and to go into the house, keep warm and he would sort the problem out and bring me back the keys, which he did. I can't thank him enough. I have only used the breakdown service twice and he was the technician both times. The last time I was in hopsital and my daughter called for assistance. It was the same technician.She also thought that he was great and has asked me to pass on her thanks too. Well done for providing a great service.”

“Gary arrived early to sort out my flat battery - this had happened four times in the last year, largely because of my own stupidity in, for example, unwittingly leaving my lights on. I hadn't replaced the battery since I bought the car in April 2017, when the car had only 12,000 miles on the clock, and Gary identified it as probably the original battery, and replaced it. He was quick, and helpful in giving me information I didn't know, like how to deal with unwanted TA interruptions. I'm now MUCH happier with my car.”
