“Product is great. They had a good range to choose from and I ordered online - it was ready for collection quite quickly. However the in-store customer service was not very good. I was ignored by several staff members as I tried to find my way to collect my order (the signs were not accurate btw). I didn't see one staff member smile at any of the customers in-store, and not one had a friendly disposition.”
