It took 3 weeks for my order. I rang & left a voicemail. I never received a call back. It had been 2 weeks, so I went to the store. I waited for someone to help me. They totally ignored me. I was finally told it hadn’t arrived. I waited another week & rang again. I received an email that day to say it was there.

Quality product at a good price. Very slow to process the order. Definitely use them again, if I wasn't in a hurry.

Whilst you have a very good range of stock. Perhaps trying calling your phone on a weekend it is never answered and I have found MULTIPLE times that after holding for 10 + minutes and hearing you are number 1 in the queue you get cut off. Also you need more staff they are so busy that they come off as being rude.

I have these lovely handles on my kitchen pantry doors. we like them so much that my husband wants them for the garage storage cupboard doors!. however we are still waiting for them to arrive - ordered and paid for on 10th april with extra postage for quick delivery but realise easter in between!

I have been buying in person for many years from Keeler as you have good quality products. In this case, I was never informed that my order purchase had arrived for collection at the store and had to phone myself to find out what happened with the order. Hopefully a once-off miss.

Easy ordering system, good range of products, well priced. 19 days from the order to delivery (550 km distance in the same state) is not acceptable, dispatched by product manufacturer, not Keeler Hardware. Not an issue if no hurry to complete the job.

I bought O-rings for Gainsborough doorhandle fascia’s unfortunately they were the wrong size. They were 2.5 mil and they need to be 2 exactly. I got some from Renseal for a fraction of the price.

Disappointed in the service. The items I purchased showed in stock, yet didn't receive them for 3 weeks,was told thatthey had 4 in stock and asked for those to be delivered in the interim, yet still took 3 weeks. Also, items were not exactly as the photos depicted

The products arrived but were not right for our application. I have had my return approved and the items have since been delivered back to Keeler. Dispite 2 follow ups I am still waiting onthe refund.

Placed order with Keeler and received no update or delivery / tracking information. Was not sure if order was even received, and it arrived a week or two later. The item itself was a high quality item packaged in original iver packaging so no issues there. Haven’t installed but all looks okay.
