i rated 3 as i recieved a cheaper ,different version of what i ordered...so thats a 1........on the other hand,customer service could not have been better as far as communication and full refund. i was not asked to have it replaced and return cost was provided....so thats a 5......things happen.....all in all ,no drama no fuss...i would purchase from keeler again

Was not advised when I placed the order that Keeler had to order on its supplier (i.e not in stock). Ordered the items about a month ago. Because of the delay, Keeler promised to deliver the items at no charge. This offer was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I am stll waitimng for the delivery

The in person customer service was awesome. But once I placed my order - it took ages to arrive and was very difficult to get updates.

The products and sales people I dealt with were exceptional, unfortunately the delivery service and the attempt to get a refund were not.

As i had requested express postage, and was delivered in a timely manner. The closer took two days to be dispatched from you ware house, In my mind if i was requesting (express opition i would expect same day dispatch, Thanks Scott 0413277735

I ordered some casement hinges on the Thursday and received them the following Thursday, but I rang on the Tuesday to see how the order was going and feel by the response from that person that order had been forgotten I think I was lucky I rang

It wasn’t clear my item was on back order. It arrived too late for my gig and if it was made clear, I would have made alternate plans. It’s a non refundable item so it also didnt seem like I could cancel my order. Usually this company is great.

Despite assurances that a suggested replacement would be compatible the offered solution did not fit - which was very inconvenient and required rework. Fortunately the return process we easy.

Keeler have an extensive, if crowded showroom. Assistance is hit and miss depending on who's available on the day. Prices are okay but typically not the best. Ordered joinery handles which were clearly marked as "Available early November" but as soon as I checked out, the actual availability changed to "late Novemeber" - after the money had been taken from my credit card. Nobody called to follow up.

Showed item as in stock when I placed order but then checked status of order a week later and it was sitting as back ordered. When I rang to enquire it was magically in stock again and was told it was being shipped that day. Not a great experience all round.

I ordered two of one item and received two of something else. I went on line and followed the procedure for receiving the wrong item. I had follow up emails the next working day and with a suitable reply (and image) the correct item was dispatced with a label so I could return the incorrect items. This ment my job was delayed by a few days, but otherwise getting the correct item went smoothly. The original item I ordered was spot on for the job I required it for.

Keeler hardware have a great selection of products but a 30% restocking fee is ridiculous - this should be capped if the client is looking to exchange products

The place has everything you could need or desire , incredible range of items , just gets so busy and trying to get served can be quite lengthy and annoying but when I ordered item it was well communicated by email etc

Have used Keeler through 3+ renovations in the past with no issues. This time my purchase was minor- a coupe of small but expensive 'crystal- like' knobs. Got them home and attached. Next morning the crystal like knobs were on the floor. There was a very weak glue seminattaching the 'crystal' to the base. I returned the knobs and was refunded no questions asked. The weird thing was I was told that the knobs had been discontinued some time ago. They are still up on display.

your warehouse in wetherill park is not managing well 1. i went to pickup order, warehouse could find order no. which we confirmed over phone before we go 2. i placed order on counter, with 2 off hinges on back order saying it will be dispatch to my factory. never dispatch. and i sent my boy to pickup, could not find my order record
