“We order parts for schools we need to invoice separately so we charge out to the schools many times they were all put on one invoice were I had to call again to separate them

“Saturday mornings are chaos. Confusion reigns around " who is next" customer to be served. There should be a ticketing system for these peak periods. Also I was shuffled between 3 salespeople as each was serving someone else as well and handballed me on to another sales person. Each of the sales people were courteous and helpful however.”

“Well since you asked, although I paid express post shipping and ordered prior to 8am in the morning on a Friday, our order was still not shipped until the Monday, so therefore didn't arrive until the Wednesday when it was needed for a job on the Tuesday. So not overly happy with that.
Then despite that, I sent an email requesting to open a credit account for our business as you are cheaper than our current supplier, however, nobody has got back to me in the two weeks since I sent that request and I've tried to call with no success either.
EDIT: Since putting in this review I have been contacted and have received a credit application and we look forward to moving forward with our business relationship.”

“The order date to packing date seemed too long for items presented as in stock. The shipping was fine but not speedy. When I received the goods they were wrong I received two left hand brackets even through they are sold as a set. The issue was resolved quickly and a replacement is on its way but still yet to be packed or delivered. So from when I started the order to when I think I will receive h the replacement brackets will be two months. I happen to purchase a like item from a China based competitor and received it in 7 days. I’m thinking you guys need to revisit your processes and attempt to tighten the service the customer receives to keep selling online. I like many customers are happy to pay a higher price for product supplied within Australia but not if the extra price also comes with a significantly longer delivery time! My experience is that good companies go under not because of a major event rather they disappear one small issue at a time. Sorry to have share negative news.”

“You guys have been great. I can email questions and u will sort it for me.
But when i had an issue with a $600 lock binding from the box. I emailed a few times with a video and advice. I didnt get a reply. On the same day i bought another product and u guys were straight back to me. Maybe it was a one off and i got unlucky but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I have other options with bigger joinery shops with better buying power/prices than u guys, but i like the customer service interaction that ive had when a sale is being talked about with u guys.”

“Great in person service - love their Willoughby store. They're extremely helpful and knowledgable in person.
Have had some difficulty ordering online with the team. Firstly, the confirmation emails don't come through after purchase. When I followed them up via phone and email, the team highlighted that they would check with the supplier but I did not recieve email confirmation on the result. I had to phone up again and again to determine the status of the order even though they have an accounts function on their website.
For best service and to recieve your items (particularly for smaller purchase orders) I would recommend visiting Keelers in person.”

“Love the concept of the product. But it was not easy to install. It's hard to find an 11mm wood drill bit & it was hard to install due to the tight thread, normally fittings going into timber are a course thread. I also had to fabricate my own tooling to screw the fitting into the timber as they don't make a screw driver wide enough. Possibly making a hex style insert in the head of the fitting so an Allen key can be used to install the fitting would make it easier.”

“Bought a Yale safe from Keeler Hardware.
Service was good however having trouble with the safe itself. The alarm is too sensitive - just a light bump sets it off! And the default Admin code is incorrect and just sets off the alarm. Will have to research this issue.”
