“Whilst you have a very good range of stock. Perhaps trying calling your phone on a weekend it is never answered and I have found MULTIPLE times that after holding for 10 + minutes and hearing you are number 1 in the queue you get cut off. Also you need more staff they are so busy that they come off as being rude.”

“I have these lovely handles on my kitchen pantry doors. we like them so much that my husband wants them for the garage storage cupboard doors!. however we are still waiting for them to arrive - ordered and paid for on 10th april with extra postage for quick delivery but realise easter in between!”

“I bought the item from Keeler directly and found out it was cheaper from EBay which was sold by Keeler. Ask the staff to match the price with their own company and was rejected. A company cannot match his own price in EBay is very untrustworthy, dishonest and greedy company. The staff was very unprofessional when responding to my question.”
