“I had a good experience with Keeler Hardware, with great communication with Brian and Helga to organise my order. Everything was done efficiently and very politely, my only minor problem being that two of the items I bought, a pair of brass locking sash window latches, turned out to have been discontinued, so they were unavailable when I paid for my order. However, after some email communication, a pair of identical locks were available in polished chrome, which turned out to be preferable as they don't need polishing like brass does, so those were supplied instead. I was also able to exchange four brass window lifters for chrome ones, to match the locks. Overall it was a positive experience, and I'm very pleased with the items I bought. Two brass house numbers that I also bought are excellent - solid and heavy! There was a delay in postage, as the items came to NZ from Australia, but (especially during Covid-19 time) Keeler Hardware can't be held accountable for that. Going by the information supplied by the track and trace system, my parcel spent a week in Customs in NZ!”
