On the 31st of March we replied to your email requesting a photo of the items so that we can arrange for replacements as we do require a photo before this can be done.
We have not received a photo as yet.

“Service was excellent and ordering process was easy.
The wrong product being delivered wasn't ideal, but the immediate shipping of the replacement was much appreciated.
It did waste some time for us onsite though as we had to send someone back to install the closers another day.
Would definitely order again and I understand mistakes are made. But something to work on nonetheless.
