i have held over the last fifty plus years a senior position for many companies in large and medium engineering projects and feel i am able to comment on the service and skill of the keep cosy commitment to its customers, i can honestly say its on the highest on offer 10/10 thank you and i am pleased to join your service cover. neville green

We cant thank you enough for your services. From the call out to the install . First rate and the quote(great price) was Wednesday evening and the fitting of the new boiler(Worcester bosh) was Friday. Now that's good service. The fitters were great and helpful too. Left clean and tidy too. Would defiantly recommend these guys.No hard sell here. Thank you so much for your services.

Had my new boiler fitted last week, everything from start to finish was fantastic. Also by far the best price around, very happy customer! Thanks to Tony for arranging fast installation.

The service was fantastic from the friendly no pressure quote through to the equally friendly proffesional fitting. Couldn't fault this service at all and will certainly be recommending!

I'm very happy with the service received from keep cosy. Cheapest finance quote i could find and from a local company. Chris and the lads did a great job installing the boiler, they where polite and courteous and cleaned up any mess. Couldn't be happier.

I arranged an appointment for a surveyor to come and give a quote for a boiler replacement, They rang an hour before the appointment to say they couldn't make it. As they rang before I left work, there was no real problem. I was then offered a telephone survey the next day whereby I would be given a quote based on my answers to the surveyors questions. The appointed time came and went, but no phone call. Days went past until my wife eventually rang them (she was getting cold) and arranged another appointment with the surveyor. This time I left work early to keep the appointment, but the surveyor didn't turn up. I have had no contact with them since, and no wish to hear from them again.

Hi John, We're genuinely sorry to hear that you were left unhappy with our service. There appears to have been some confusion as our Surveyor believed he had contacted you and provided you with a quotation over the telephone. I can only presume that he got you mixed up with another customer. We agree that this is not acceptable and measures will be put in place to ensure this does not occur again. Last week my boiler broke down and I was left without hot water or heating. I found on the internet a local company Keep Cosy and contacted them. Straight away Tony the owner came round and priced up a replacement boiler. Within the next day I had the boiler fitted and hot water and heating restored! The service from start to finish was first class and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The service was good and the people very helpful, polite and pleasant. Tony was great. The only problem was i had an issue with the controller not working but they sent someone out the next day to to fix it..... very happy with my experience would recommend.

After 3 quotes from national companies I decided to get a quote from a local company who I had read only good things about. From initial survey to having the boiler installed I don't believe the process could have been made any more efficient. I've already recommended them to friends and cannot thank Keep Cosy enough for making my home warmer and more efficient! Thanks Andrew

Superb service from start to finish. After shopping around locally and online I found Keep Cosy to be the most competitve when come to the cost of my new boiler. Communication was easy and fast as was the installation. Kudos to Tony and the team at Keep Cosy. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

With buying a boiler obviously being a big investment I took my time searching around various companies to get the best price. I chose to go with keep cosy and could not be happier. Excellent service from start to finish . Right from meeting with Tony from sales through to fitting, everything went perfectly to plan. I could not recommended this company more highly ! 5 star in every way.

We recently had a new boiler fitted by Keep Cosy. From start to finish we dealt with a friendly and helpful team of people. The job was completed within the time frame quoted and we were really happy with the job. Would definitely recommend.

After gathering several quotes, some from the big names, I decided to go with Keep Cosy because of the excellent customer service we received from start to finish. Our new Worcester boiler is fantastic; the installation team were in and out in a day. We even got a free power flush included! Thanks Tony, Chris & Alan.

Had boiler fitted in June 2016, started having problems very first time I turned heating on, 1st, 2nd and 3rd time of using boiler it made my house rumble. Contacted sub contractor, Tom Prince, who fitted boiler and he just wasn't bothered. Then contacted Keep Cosy and after 2 weeks of expecting phone call, called again and was promised they would send someone out to look at it. STILL waiting 2 weeks later STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you want to be Cosy

Mr Goldie, we are genuinely sorry to hear this is how you feel about the service we have provided. We welcome any feedback that’s given to help us improve the way we work and how we can do things differently. As explained in our conversations the problem was an existing fault on the heating system that was in place and not on the boiler fitted. However, I know you have spoken to the company director and he has advised we will be visiting the property to check the fault on your old system, pipework or valves as we only fitted the boiler this would not be up to Keep Cosy to repair and would be chargeable. However as discussed we would send an engineer to have a look as a good will gesture. Had you been in touch closer to the installation date in July rather than September we would have could resolved this situation a lot sooner for you. In reference to one of our gas engineers (Tom) we only ever receive glowing reviews about Tom and all other Keep Cosy installers, the manger has picked up the complaint with Tom and Tom does assure us that he explained what the issues on the system was likely to be old system pipework or valves but unfortunately our engineers will not tolerate verbal abuse over the phone.

I recently had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Keep-Cosy and I was so pleased with the installation that I recommended them to my neighbour who also had a new boiler fitted. The engineer Chris who completed the installation was extremely efficient, the job was completed in the time frame agreed if not a bit sooner, there was little or no disruption and my house was l left exactly as found prior to the installation. I would also add that their price was better than Help-LInk and British Gas, all in all I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommended this company in the future, thank you Keep-Cosy

Received a visit from a very professional sales rep Tony and once all works were discussed and agreed i had an installation date within seven days. Gas fitters Lee and his team turned up on job and completed work to a VERY high standard even removing all old pipework heather tanks ect. from loft and very conscious of cleaning around and after themselves .All in all very happy with price and service provided by Keep Cosy and would highly recommend them.

From 5 to Zero from me, Tony who came out to do the survey for a free boiler seemed nice and genuine, but just like all the rest we have been completely let down once again. Given the excuse of brexit happen this time which is complete nonsense. After doing my own investigation it's because our emissions are too high, so feel completely let down and lied too once again by another company who seem good but just let you down.

Hi David, We're genuinely sorry to hear that you were left unhappy with our service. As discussed on the phone, the reason we were unable to provide you with the free boiler was due to the ECO funding being pulled by several large providers. We were as frustrated as you that this happened, and we went out of our way to try and find a solution for you (even spending considerable time trying to match you with one of our competitors who had an angle to funding available). We can assure you that this was nothing to do with your emissions. We understand you feel let down, and we're sorry we were unable to find a solution for you that gave you a free boiler and installation. Unfortunately when it comes to the free boiler schemes, we (along with our competitors) are at the mercy of EU/government regulations and the major energy providers who take part in the scheme. The timing was particularly bad in this instance as the funding was available when we first spoke, but was pulled before the install date, we're genuinely regretful of this. We do hope you're able to find a solution when fresh funding becomes available. Thanks, The Keep Cosy Team.
