“Beautiful necklace received as a xmas present for daughter. Did take anout 6-7 wks to ship during xmas time bc coming from Australia. I sent an email about shipping/tracking information and received an email back right away with the information I requested. I did have an issue with the necklace so I sent another email & Kate Responded right away .. no questions asked she refunded the entire amount, apologized. They are extremely easy to deal with in the gold bar necklace was gorgeous. I would buy from them again in the future 😊”

“I absolutely love my necklace! The pendants are so sweet and dainty, and the quality seems very high. I accidentally purchased a chain shorter than I wanted, so I ordered a chain extender which arrived very quickly. I also bought the rose gold heart earrings which are so tiny and comfortable. I will happily buy again from Kellective.”
