“I purchased two necklaces for my sisters, for Christmas. They are gorgeous! I accidentally ordered both in gold, and I meant to order one in silver, so they happily changed it for me & sent out the order shortly after.”

“I’ve now bought two pieces of jewellery from KBN. A necklace for my niece to celebrate the 1st year of her daughter, and a necklace for my daughter. “The necklace and pendants I ordered are exactly as described and pictured. It was more expensive than I'd hoped to spend, but hopefully this will pay off in future if the jewellery remains the same quality that it is now. I am happy to support Australian designers. The card with my specific jeweller pictured was a lovely personal touch.”

“i've now placed multiple orders and purchased so many beautiful items from KBN and i will 110% continue to invest my money into this amazing business. i'm always very hesitant to purchase anything online but back in 2022 i took a chance on placing a custom order and just crossed my fingers. to this day my mum hasn't taken her necklace off and it's one of her most prized possessions. i recently made some other purchases and had to do a return (which ive never done) due to my own fault in getting the wrong size and i was met with patience, support and assistance. they've been very responsive and helpful every step of the way. i love that im supporting a female run business (and Scott!) and its all done here in Australia. couldn't speak highly enough of KBN or recommend them more. thank you so much, once again! x”

“The jewellery is beautiful. I made a small measuring mistake in my second order when I was wanting to add some anklets to my collection, the staff were amazing at helping me organise an exchange and I’m just waiting for them to come back to me now. I will recommend to friends and family.”
