“Anne and her team at Kes Lighting are absolutely fantastic, it has been a real pleasure , everyone is so helpful and has made our fortnightly Saturday journey of 240 miles round trip an absolute breeze. So, my recommendation to any perspective customers is. If you are looking for a lighting company where they are prepared to listen to understand your requirements, work with you to come up with solutions then this is the company for you. “Ordered a new light from KES. Was a bit apprehensive as a local supplier said there was no way that they could match the on line price for the same item. Even the manufacturer's rep (who happened to be in the shop when i called) was surprised at the price being offered. However, the item we expected and wanted was delivered direct from the manufacturer (not as quickly as I am used to with most internet shopping but I think that was down to the manufacturer not KES). Approx one week later I had a follow up email to ensure that everything was as we expected and to let them know if there were any issues. All in all very good service.”

“An excellent range of quality products, with customer service to match. There was a supply problem with my order, but I was kept informed in clear and polite e-mails and delivery was made on the promised day. KES will definitely on my list next time I'm in the market for lighting.”

“We first discovered how brilliant KES Lighting are when we ordered our lighting following completion of the first phase of extensive re-modelling of our home. The provided us with expert advice on the suitability of our choices - which given the extensive range and choices availables were difficult to make - and then delivered our order next day in perfect condition! We have just received our latest set of lighting and are equally thrilled with them. Excellent company, with a highly knowledgable and friendly sales team.”

“It's a shame that the highest rating on here is 'Very Good', I would rather say 'Excellent'. I had great customer service from KES lighting. They couldn't do enough for me and their communication was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.”
