“Outstanding quality in both product and service!! Ordered Vado lighting with K9 crystals. Arrived promptly and in mint condition. Excuse the pun but the light has lit up the place with a touch of glamour. Will be using and recommending in future. Above all else it is the friendly, attentive and assured customer service that has won me over. thanks guys. Mr. J. Singh-Gill”

“Knew the product I wanted and this was the best price I could find, so I ordered on line. Immediate acknowledgement and dispatch very very quickly. Had the light fitting within 36 hours! Well packed and with absolutely no damage. Follow up communication to make sure I ha received the fitting and that everything was good with it. Excellent service.”

“Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service. It is rare these days to find a company with such excellent communication - right from when I placed the order for my light to its receipt. I was informed of the exact time when delivery would be made and the person who delivered the item couldn’t have been friendlier and helpfully carried the light into my sitting room. Packaging was excellent and there were four light bulbs included, which I was not expecting. I am absolutely delighted with the floor lamp. It is beautiful and complements my other JH Miller ceiling and table lamps perfectly. Thank you.”

“I ordered a light fitting from Kes very simply online and the order was processed without a hitch. However, when the confirmation came through the delivery date was not the next day delivery as it understood from the web page but would take 3-5 working days. Unfortunately this was not soon enough for my needs. After calling Kes and explaining this they kindly and swiftly processed a refund. I would recommend them again for their customer service alone.”

“I originally went to KES being a local supplier, with only a vague idea of what i wanted for our house refurbishment. I came away with a number of different ideas and suggestions from the Staff at KES who genuinely helped me achieve a great finish to our house refurbishment. Best of all they are very competitive on their pricing and in most cases I could not find a better deal on the internet. If this was ebay they'd be a 5 star seller!”

“Anne and her team at Kes Lighting are absolutely fantastic, it has been a real pleasure , everyone is so helpful and has made our fortnightly Saturday journey of 240 miles round trip an absolute breeze.
