“I can't speak highly enough of Kes lighting and their excellent customer service. Great product range, competitive pricing, and easy to place an order. I needed very quick delivery to meet a deadline with my builder and the team at Kes pulled out all the stops to deliver and kept me very well informed along the way. The lanterns arrived spot on time, well packed and in pristine condition. Kes lighting can be very proud of their sales team and I'd like to specifically record a vote of thanks to Cameron, Anne and Steve who were all super helpful. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.”

“Very pleased with the Diyas Leimo 6 Light French Gold Flush Ceiling Fitting IL30966... Excellent service from kes lighting and delivered promtly the following day carefully packaged. Looks stunning and very classy. Looks exactly as it does in the picture... Was very anxious about ordering it without seeing it in real life as it was quite expensive but i have to say it was worth every penny and looks lovely in my living room. Easy to fit and is very bright. The crystal shades are of high quality. I would defo recommend this light.”

“From placing the order, we received a very efficient and professional service. The lights were delivered within a few days as promised and we were contacted by phone to arrange a convenient date for the delivery. Once received we were then contacted to ensure that we were satisfied. The personal touch was appreciated and more companies could certainly learn from this one.”

“This is THE best customer service ever. I was having difficulty in find what I was looking for. When I called up KES Lighting, they were more than helpful. Searching, finding and giving me a choice of many different kinds of lighting I was looking for. They bend over backward to help me. Even when I had placed my order they kept in contact with me, giving me a choice of delivery days, very fast delivery and was keen to know if anything did not go to plan. Needless to say, everything went according to plan. Thank you Team Kes Lighting!!”

“Fantastic customer service, the best I have experienced on the Internet! Very helpful, extremely efficient and professional staff. The staff were in constant contact, advising me of shipment, delivery date and then checking whether goods had arrived and if I was happy with my lights. I would thoroughly recommend KES. They also have a great choice of lights at competitive prices.”

“KES is so far the best company I have ever had a chance to do business with! Not only do they have the nicest selection of lights (at least among online suppliers), but they also have superb client service. And one other important thing: they ship internationally! We had been looking around shops and searching on the internet for the right lighting set for 3 months, until we finally found them with KES. We were even more thrilled with their kindness, prompt e-mail replies and professional way of handling potential issues, not mentioning super fast delivery. Anyway, I cannot find words to praise them enough, so I will just add that KES is one company I would buy from again and again, and would highly recommend it to everyone!”

“We were interested in a particular wall light which no one seemed to stock. A local supplier would only order one if we paid in advance and wanted 25% restocking charge if it wasn't suitable, ie £25 to look at the product. KES were very helpful and obtained a unit within the week (at no charge). We bought four lights which arrived in a few days. The lights were checked on delivery, by KES staff in the shop, and one was found to have a slight defect on the shade. This was returned to the manufacturer for exchange and a replacement promptly obtained. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service, prompt delivery and good prices.”

“In this day and age of poor customer service Kes Lighting was an extremely pleasant surprise. From start to finish the level of customer service was excellent. They managed to source a light fitting I had had great trouble finding, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience shopping with Kes Lighting. I was kept informed every step of the way by both telephone and email, even once the order had been dispatched I received confirmation that it was on its way and follow ups to ensure it had arrived safely and within the timescale promised. I couldn't recommend this company enough and I will definitely be using them again!”

“This is the third purchase I have made from KES lighting and each time has been a completely pain free experience. I'm in the middle of a house renovation project and am ordering from many different suppliers. The customer service from KES is second to none and their prices are also extremely competitive. The ordering process is simple and backed up with confirmation emails and phone calls if any delay in delivery is anticipated. Once the goods have been delivered there are more followup emails to ensure they have been received in good condition. Altogether a great company to deal with!”

“After trawling through several sites for exterior lighting, I found KES Lighting. Their range was very impressive and their site was well laid out, informative and easy to navigate. I found exactly what I needed, at a most competitive price. My resultant order was quickly despatched, arriving safe and sound and exactly on the day promised - the packaging was first rate. I subsequently received a courtesy follow-up e-mail from their representative Mr Stephen Gott, to ensure everything was satisfactory with my purchase and to offer any further help. Their customer relations has been first rate and I would have no hesitation in dealing with this company in the future. Thank you KES Lighting!”
