“The previous complaints about customer service and Sergio understate how bad they really are. They promised us a full refund in writing, close to a dozen times after shipping us a second damaged part. They even had us open a PayPal account tp receive the promised refund, which has never come. It appears that they have a culture, of losing documents, false promises and lying. Stay away!”
“I purchased a Keter Shed from Costco Online. Within 2 months the lid began to warp, and got gradually worse. I contacted Keter to request a replacement lid. Dealing with Keter Customer Support was the worst experience I’ve had with a company. Over the next three months of no follow-up, failure to meet commitments, lies, supposed escalation to management, nothing happened. They offered me a refund in writing and never came through. This company is the worst. I finally disassembled the shed and returned it to Costco, where my purchase price was promptly refunded. A+ for Costco and F- for Keter.”
“Customer service sent the wrong replacement part, every time I try to call them it’s at least a 30 minute hold time if they ever even answer at all. I will never buy another Keter product.”
“I wouldnt even give 1 star if I had that option. This company is a joke. I sent several emails and called numerous times and every single time they conveniently lost all my information and couldn't find my account for my replacement parts. Sergio was the one I was dealing with for the 2 weeks I kept calling and emailing and he confirmed that he got my information and that I would hear back within 48 hours. A week goes by and nothing. I call back and talk to a different person and they can't find any of my information or emails yet again. Everything I sent 2 different times just gone!!! How does this happen when Sergio confirmed over the phone that he was looking at my email? Unless he conveniently deleted it So I end up having to go through the whole process yet again with a new person. This guy named Matthew says he got all my information back in and will be sending my parts in about 2-3 weeks. I will now be waiting a total of 4-5 week from the start of this process to even get the part to get to use my storage container bc it came completely broken out of the box. This process has taken way to long and is completely unacceptable in my option. I will never use this company again. They are to much of a headache to deal with and their customer service sucks.”
