“I purchased a Keter 120 gal deck box from a third-party on Amazon. It had clearly been a return because there was strawberry jelly on pieces of a box. There was no hardware and no instructions. I called Keter customer service to inquire about purchasing the hardware. I spoke with someone who told me that the hardware was out of stock but that he would go ahead and order it for me free of charge. He warned me that it could take up to three months to get the hardware. I was impressed at that time since I hadn’t purchased the box from them and the seller was no longer selling through Amazon and would not answer any of the inquiries. I was emailed the missing instructions that day. I received the hardware less than a week later. I think their customer service was fantastic. I think I spoke to someone named George.”
“I bought a high chair and after a few months of use, the cap that attaches to the tray of the high chair cracked. I contacted customer service via email and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement without many questions.

“I was worried based on the reviews here, but if you keep calling customer service and eventually get someone, you get parts fast! I would recommend calling over email. I was actually told via email that I should request a refund because the parts come from Israel??? Anyhow I can see why there are some bad reviews-but they aren't terrible if you can get someone by phone.”
“I got the Sumatra Deck box and it was the EASIEST thing I have ever assembled in my life! Wow, Ikea should take note! The box seems very sturdy and holds my 200lb frame! I gave it 5 stars for assemble and customer service! I did fine a small cracked off corner. It did not effect the function but I did not want lizards going in there. I call the customer service number, and within 5 minutes, they were having a new lid shipped to my home. Five stars for me!”
