"In the webpage there is a clear statement saying that \"Te lo subimos a la puerta de casa*\" which has clear terms and conditions as well - although in the end, as expected, the transportation company CANNOT finish this part of the transport as Keter does not \"requires\" or demands. \r\n\r\nSo now I have the delivered product at the ground floor of my building and I don't know how to subir with it - this was the main reason I bought it with Keter."

"Customer service is a joke ! Contacted 2 1\/2 months before warranty was up , they said they sent replacement lid because lid was warped . I received a long piece of metal instead . They burnt enough time up to go past warranty . Keter sent me 15.00 for product pro rated ! They can stick the 15.00 up there a&$ !!! WTH"
