"Customer service is a joke ! Contacted 2 1\/2 months before warranty was up , they said they sent replacement lid because lid was warped . I received a long piece of metal instead . They burnt enough time up to go past warranty . Keter sent me 15.00 for product pro rated ! They can stick the 15.00 up there a&$ !!! WTH"

"Bought adirondack chair sept 4. assembled sept 5. Lifted up by arms to move in yard Arm broke off and back cracked sept 6. Called company to replace and contacted online. Never responded. Sent receipt and pictures. Called again. Said they will not honor warranty."
