“Voor mij is het hele Keto gebeuren helemaal nieuw! Met de diagnose pre-diabetes is er werk aan de winkel! De start is er al met de Keto kickstarter set. Heb ook de glucose strips bijbesteld. Heel handig om alles op een apparaatje bij te kunnen controleren en bij te houden. Er is veel duidelijke informatie te vinden over Keto en de video's over het gebruik ervan zijn top! Levering was ook vlot. Vanmorgen Keto gemeten 0,4.....ben er bijna! :)”
