“Wanted to order a pair of garden chairs but it wasn't clear on the website if the price was for a single item or a pair. Contacted Kettler and received a very quick and helpful response from the Customer Service Manager confirming the price was for two chairs. I place an order the same day and received the chairs 5 days later. Very impressed by the helpful customer service, the speed of delivery and the quality of the chairs.”

“We have had other Kettler garden furniture for almost 10 years. Quality is always worth paying more for. We ordered another brand at lower cost but after a couple of weeks found faults and returned it to the supplier.”

“Weve had Kettle metal powder coated garden furniture for over 10 years. Its not the cheapest furniture out there but in my opinion its probably the best. Had to recently buy new plastic feet for the chairs. But for 10 years you cant grumble.”

“We needed a replacement set of cushions for our Palma set.(mice had got into the storage box over the winter and wreaked havoc) initially we tried for replacements via the garden centre with no success. I then went direct to Kettler, they could not have been more helpful and were able to provide a complete replacement set of cushion covers (regrettably without the foam inserts until the turn of the year) Instead they provided all the information we needed to source elsewhere. Brilliant service, a joy to deal with.”

“We had purchased the Siena mesh chairs a couple of years ago and, athough it states that the chairs can be left out all year, we did store them in the winter. On getting them out recently we noticed all the coating was cracked and peeling off. I contacted Dawsons World who we had purchased them from as there is a 3 year warranty on the product and they contacted Kettler on our behalf. We received an email directly from Kettler within a few days to confirm that all the chairs would be replaced. We felt this was excellent service and cannot fault our experience. Hopefully the new chairs will not have the same problem. Thank you Kettler for an excellent service.”
