“Help in replacing caps for our bench. Contacted kettler, spoke to Liz who was very helpful, She advised I was looking and ordering the right parts, and arranged for some Used (temporary) caps until mine arrive, as the metal feet were staining the new patio we had put down. She also retuned calls to make sure I was happy. Excellent. As for their products, have had them for years and proved to be worth every penny.”

“I contacted Kettler by the online form to ask if I could buy some replacement caps for the nuts on the Caffe Roma furniture I had recently purchased as 1 cap was missing. Liz replied very promptly by phone and 2 replacement caps were put in the post next day. Very pleased with the furniture and the service I received.”

“I had a problem with two sets of nuts and bolts for my parasol which needed replacing. I rang customer services after lunch one day and spoke to Niki Binner. I described my problem and after a quick exchange of pictures we had identified the parts and they were not standard spare parts and hence could not be ordered. Niki then went off to see if she could source them from their workshop and quickly responded saying she had located some replacements and they were in the post that night. They arrived the next morning and I fitted them that morning. I felt so valued as a customer to have someone respond so effectively and efficiently in a friendly manner. Many Thanks Nicki”

“quick turnround of touch up paint which has been duly applied. Reasonable match to original paint which is now over 15 years old. I phoned Kettler before purchasing as the meaning of '' 2 per transaction'' in the description on the website was unclear. They said that the maximimum purchase per transaction is 2 bottles. .”

“Quality so must better than the free ones I got two years ago when I bought the furniture, they ripped after that time. Thinking of replacing the cover on the table for this better quality.”

“I purchased a new table tennis net to replace the previous one that, like our outdoor table tennis table has lasted nearly 25 years and is still played on regularly. Fast efficient service which had a new net to me almost overnight at no extra cost - amazing!!”
