My Mum has had her Kettler for 15 years and it still looks new. I purchased one three years ago but rust appeared on the two seater bench. I contacted them and they have replaced the furniture without any question, as it is under warranty. The process was easy, all staff I dealt with were extremely helpful. Still one happy Kettle customer.

My parents have had kettler garden furniture for years and it's fabulous. We've now bought some too and the post sale customer support has been superb.

Having recently had cause to return 3 patio chairs due to the onset of rust,I cannot praise Kettlers too highly with the way in which they obviously take customer satisfaction to the highest level.After sending photographic evidence the chairs were replaced without question. Special praise must go to Liz for the professional way in which she dealt with problem,she is a credit to the company.We would not hesitate to buy Kettler products in the future.

We have recently had our patio chairs replaced because they rusted. They were under guarantee and Kettler responded quickly. Staff were polite, friendly and understanding. Well done Kettler and thank you.

After three years of careful use, our garden furniture was showing signs of rust. We contacted Kettler, and after they had seen a copy of our receipt, and photographs of the rust, they arranged for immediate replacements of every item. The issue was dealt with very quickly and courteously, and both Niki Binner and Liz Clarke deserve a special mention for their assistance.

In a previous review I did not mention the carrier Kettler uses for delivery and collection. They are called Panther Carrier and the driver and his assistant were so courteous, polite, careful and generous with their time to set up the furniture and remove all the shipping materials. I highly recommend this carrier and thank Kettler for using such a responsible and accurate service. Accurate in the sense they emailed me the day before to give me a time slot, reconfirmed later that evening, sent a text the morning of the delivery and then called to let us know they were a few minutes away. And the driver and his associate would not even stop for a cuppa since they didn't want to make the next appointments late. Very very impressive.

We needed to replace some outdoor furniture which had started to rust. Not only did they replace the entire set but they allowed us to keep the original table for no additional costs and also changed our parasol. We were most impressed by the personal service and the consideration they showed us, even without a receipt.

I bought replacement foot caps for four chairs. They were a tight fit. I warmed the caps in hot water then stretched them by pushing them onto the handle of a large screwdriver - they then slipped on without difficulty.

We had an issue with some garden furniture which developed rust patches within its guarantee period. Our seller (Gates garden centre) put us in touch with Kettler who asked for photos by email. Once they had these, they very promptly arranged replacement of the affected items and collection of the old ones. OK, it's not good to have this kind of issue; but the promptness and effectiveness of the customer service made this a positive experience.
