“You get what you pay for, we bought our kettle set in the summer and love it! We wanted a cover for it and this one is excellent, superior quality, perfect fit. The set now looks good covered or uncovered!”

“I recently purchased the Elba recliner & footstool from a garden centre. When delivered I couldn’t manage to make it recline , Kettler immediately sent me another piston. Again no luck at which point Neil at Kettler very kindly sent one of their guys on a two hundred mile round trip . Karl rang me to say what time he’d arrive . After a bit of jiggling around he managed to make the necessary adjustments and now I have a wonderful functioning recliner. The service on my issue has been outstanding, it was absolutely no quibble , I was told they’d fix it and they did. I’ve always purchased Kettler garden furniture this was my first problem however, now I know if you have an issue this company go the extra mile to help.”
