“After a winter covered in a Kettler cover my mini fire-pit table top was scratched. I contacted Kettler who within 1 hour responded that they would replace the table. The next day a date for delivery was arranged for the replacement and it was delivered on the date promised. Unfortunately, 1 of the glass screws arrived without a thread - once again following an email to Kettler, a replacement screw was in the mail. I cannot praise Kettler support enough for their prompt service and efficiency.”

“I'm very happy with my Kettler cover for the Kalos 105cm Aluminium fire pit. The cover is very nicely made, robust and properly waterproof. A little tip is to position a box on the pumice area so that it's slightly higher than the glass surround to prevent rain pooling in this area when the cover is on - otherwise perfect.”

“Very pleased to easily select the spare parts for our Kettler garden furniture, which is still in excellent condition, due to the quality of your products. Small item of legcaps for the chairs, but so pleased we were able to receive them and keep the furniture in good condition.”
