“I first purchased Kettler 4 years ago and the 5 year warranty along with the sale price made the deal attractive. Unfortunately the paint finish started to flake away , I put Kettler to the test, sent my complaint along with photographs and proof of purchase to them. Nothing was a problem, a new full set of garden furniture arrived on the date and time greed. Delighted, if I get 4 or 5 years use out of this set then thats a great deal in my view, thanks to all and well done .”

“Fast and efficient delivery. I have the 2 seater roma bistro set and needed a bolt pack for one of the folding chairs. What seemed the most suitable bolt pack I could find was for the 70 cm circular table. Fortunately the bolts fitted perfectly. However there were only 3 sets so there wouldn't have been enough to replace all the bolts on both chairs had I needed to. It would be good if the roma bistro set was included in your spare parts list.”

“Full marks to customer service. I had a Kettler garden bench that developed a fault whilst still under guarantee. The bench was collected & a brand new one delivered without any fuss or quibbling. I am very pleased with the replacement & would have no hesitation in buying from Kettler again.”

“I have a brand new Kettler garden furniture set and wanted to stain guard the chair cushions. I looked at Scotchguard initially but then discovered that Kettler did a complete kit of guard and cleaner for a little more than 2 cans of Scotchguard so went for it. I have given the cushions a double spray and So far it all looks good.”

“Ordered a Palma Mini Corner set which we are delighted with. We were so pleased with it, we decided to also have two matching armchairs but despite looking in various garden centres and online were unable to find any. Contacted Kettler and Susie Sale went above and beyond in helping find a potential stockist. Excellent customer service.”

“I had a problem with the burners on my Heston Blumenthal Furnace BBQ. I contacted Kettler and sent a video of my problem. Within 2 hours I received an email from Niel at Kettler saying the problem was with the gas regulator and he would send me a replacement. If every merchant had customer service like this, the world would be a better place. 5* service. This in the time of lockdown during Covid19. Perfect, just perfect.”
