“After getting my Roma table and chairs out of the shed after the winter I noticed the nut and some of the spacers were missing from a chair leg. I wrote to Kettler as I could not find on their spares page. 3 days later a couple came in the post. Absolutely delighted what great customer service. Thanks very much Dean Byford and team”

“For a number of year Kettler has always been the manufacturer we choose when buying new garden furniture because of their build quality, and style and this is this first time I have ever encounter a quality issue. The claim process was simple and within 24 hours of completing the online claim form I was advised that the products would be exchanged and I was called by a member of the Kettler customer services team who scheduled the delivery of my new product and collection of the faulty ones. A five star service from a five star company, well done Kettler.”
