My Kettler table had a small fault in the paintwork causing rust to develop. The Kettler team were outstanding in dealing with this. I thought perhaps some touch up paint would sort it but Kettler insisted on replacement and arranged everything. I am really impressed with this level of service, a good indicator of how they value not only their products but also their customers. Well done Kettler. I will certainly buy from them again.

Following speaking to Scotsdales Cambridge last year the issue of the sofa was resolved and delivered recently when new stock arrived. The staff at Kettler were helpful and brilliant. The quality of the product is very good and surpasses the competition.

Ordered a palma sofa that had a factory defect. The company we bought the set from contacted kettler on our behalf. Kettler promptly arranged collection of the defective sofa and replaced it with a new one.

Easy to put in warranty claim on line. Very quick response, no problem at all with replacing 3 Caredo chairs. Delivery & collection good. Very happy with the service.

We had a slight problem with rust on one of our chairs. After emailing photos of the original receipt and the affected area of the chair, a replacement was quickly sent and the defective chair collected. A very quick and efficient service.

There was a problem with an RHS/Kettler bench that I bought from a garden centre back in the summer. I sent photos and Kettler agreed instantly that this should not have happened. They apologised and I offered me a replacement bench. Their response was speedy, courteous and efficient. Thank you!

Contacted Kettler uk regarding a fault on my crosstrainer. I was dreading having to buy a new one. The man on the phone diagnosed the fault and sent me a part costing only £6. The crosstrainer is again working perfectly. Fantastic service THANK YOU!!

My entire end to end experience with Kettler was first class; from my initial phone call and subsequent online application, through to receiving regular updates on my warranty claim and in the end, delivery to my home address was exceptional. If only all companies would operate as professionally and efficiently as Kettler!

Brilliant after sales service. We had mnaged to break a leg on a 4-5 year old table. Rang them, emailed a picture + the table part number from the original sales brochure and they found a spare one. Sent by courier totally FOC. Fitted to find that a second leg had been bent so table wobbly. Emailed again and they found another spare table leg. Charged me the courier cost this time. Still way better than the cost of a new table. Just brilliant. Chris in after sales helped me through the whole thing.
