“Great furniture, great delivery, kept me up to date all the way through. Was missing a couple of stoppers for the feet. Called, answered straight away and sorted it out. Would highly recommend them to anyone”

“I don’t normally write reviews but good customer service is rare so when you get it I feel you should comment. I have had my Elba low set for nearly 3 years and it still looks great , thanks to the Kettler cover(definitely worth the extra) but the reason I’m writing this review is because of the excellent service I received from Kat. When I set up the coffee table this year I realised it had lost one of the screw in leg levellers and within 24 hours of contacting customer service, Kat had sourced the bit I needed despite new ones not being in stock and posted it to me free of charge. I am so grateful. It really shows that Kettler value their customers. Highly recommend and many thanks Kat”
