“Bought the Monos outdoor 4 seater set and the cover it is excellent quality and the way it all packs away to be stored under the cover is a great way to keep the furniture dry and out of the way when not in use. Would recommend both products.”

“Easy to order and quick delivery. I did have a problem with the treadmill but customer services were really helpful, they tried to resolve the issue and in the end decided to replaced it.”

“I only ordered touch up paint, which arrived today but, with it came specific instructions on how to use it as well advice on long term care, which I did not get when I originally bought the furniture.”

“Surf Active Ding table is excellent quality and quite easy to assemble, however, although the Surf Active Multi-Postition Chairs are mainly high quality I was slightly disappointed with the wooden arm inserts, they could have had a smoother finish, but a slight rub down with a fine sandpaper should solve the problem prior to giving them preservative treatment.”

“We had a problem with the table top of our Elba Dining Table discolouring and actually splitting at the end after only 6-8 months. Kettler Sales team were very helpful and quick to reply to our query and kindly agreed to replace the table - which has now been delivered and replaced. Very happy with the service. The original table does appear to have suffered similar issues to those mentioned in other posts - we'll keep our fingers crossed that this one lasts without problems - my advice is to make sure you register for the 3 year warranty when purchasing.”
