“Ordered 2 Street wise 3, with o wings and when I got home ..what a disappointment..2 tiny drumsticks and am even small thigh...did not even get salt or tomatoe sauce”

“The Malvern, Queensburgh branch recently underwent a total revamp to improve their service. Well what a waste money & time. In the last two weeks I have been there twice and left with no order. My first visit at the drive thru at 21h00 I ordered a street wise 3, and was told 8 minutes wait time for chicken. I said it fine and proceeded to the pay window. By the time I got to pay window, 8 minutes had lapsed, and I was told there is no more chicken & will have to wait another 15 minutes. Needless to say I did want to wait any longer & went to Mc Donalds. My second visit last night at 20h00, I went into the shop, where a young lady was keen to help. Again I placed an order for streetwise 3, to which she responded to go check availability first. She returned stating I am going to have to wait 30 minutes. Well I AGAIN left without a meal. As there was two rows of vehicles in the que for drive thru I am sure I am not the only unhappy customer. A double drive thru and inshop service, but you can’t get what you came for. Good luck MALVERN!!”

“Service from employees is appalling in Motherwell NU4 the staff in the 23:00 shift had a bizarre attitude claiming I ordered something I had not ordered. Just so that they can run time. Zero communication from there end to mine leaving me unaware as to when to get my order”

“This Morning at 6:00am, My husband and I went to KFC Newton Park. At the drive thru, the lady said they only open at 6:30am. I know for a fact this is false, most Saturday Morning we stop at KFC Newton Park for a brekkie wap. Then we decided to to leave. That was my first time experiencing such bad service.”

“Again for the second time, same KFC Queenstown Pick and Pay , on the evening of 14 April 2025, I bought 2X streetwise 2...they didn't bother putting any single sachet of spice, salt and tomato sauce...Am reporting this for the second time .”

“I ordered through whatsapp order. Meal clearly said it's R89,90. Got to the store to pay and collect I was asked to pay R99,90 instead of giving the price of WhatsApp advert I was told to check order summary. Speak about customer service and kfc not same WhatsApp group”
