total conners....took £400+ for a car that broke after 2 weeks. lots of emails but no solutions..now ignoring me..reporting them to trading standards and contacting credit card company to process a refund. KEEP WELL AWAY. a take your money and run company

Don't even want to give them 1 star but you have to put something otherwise it doesn't let you continue. Their customer service is extremely rude and poor .vile morons who don't have any people skills. I ordered what was advertised as " not the rubbish stick on plates" for my nieces new car which luckily I bought from a reputable dealer not this shody place. The plates if you can call them that I ordered from here .disgraceful delivery lies about the delivery and they arrive and I was disgusted. I paid £7 for what was meant to be top quality plastic and i received 2 pieces of cheap cereal box cardboard with a bit of laminated plated on the front and a double sided cellotape on the back. Also not only were they something I could have printed at home they were not even " made to measure " they had the EXCACT CAR DETAILS. I even put where I bought the car from so they could reference it to that so no mistake would be made . I contacted them to show my disgust . They made out they were cut to a different kind of fiat 500. Yet I put the exact car down. Then they instead of acknowledgement of me wanting a full refund as it states on the website within 14 days which it was it was the day I recieved the rubbish Their reply was we wil send the right ones out. I replied and replied and replied .this was the 11th June I first messaged . Now nlt only have I had no reply ive no refund not even their message on sending more. Avoid this place hugely .they are shocking

Clearly a terrible company do not purchase products from them thankfully I havent spent much but quality of what I have recieved is shocking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Do not buy from these people !!!!! I sent a broken part to them almost a year ago and paid for the repair so my son could use his ride on car. They took the payment and the parts then replied to a couple of emails but never returned the bit or money so now I have a useless car which we cant use as the parts are missing and no refund

Please do not use this company to purchase your Kids electric cars as absolutely shocking customer care (lack off) Bought present for my Grandaughter on 08th December and this arrived broken and as of today still not replaced or refunded as promised several times and now they not responding to any emails ! They have lied to me on 6 different emails when promising different delivery dates ! Avoid !!!!!!!

Like the last review if I could have done I would have given them NO stars...I only wish I had read the reviews before purchase but hopefully this will allow another potential customer to go elsewhere. I have purchased at a cost of £700+ and am still waiting on delivery almost a month later. They don’t answer the phone - landline or mobile and am unable to leave a message as ( surprisingly) full up - I wonder why?! Even emails get rejected as “quota full” They have told me item went out for delivery 5 days ago but are not able to give me a tracking number till this goes live....now they can’t give me it as “delivery firm are updating their system” I’ve reported all of this to trading standards who have advised me that this firm may well be in breach of contact but I have to give them 30 days before trading standards can investigate - that’s in 7 day’s time. In the meantime ( they have my cash) and I have to accept that they are treating me with no intelligence whatsoever. I bought and paid in good faith - I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a professional service back.....but my advice is DEFINITELY GIVE THIS FIRM A NODY SWERVE and take your hard earned cash and custom elsewhere.

I don't want to give this company 1 star , I wished I had looked at the reviews on this company before I brought from them. Please Please do not buy from this company if you don't want to disappoint your children. I brought 1 battery car, 1 Jeep and 1 tractor. I received delivery of 1 car and tractor did not receive the jeep but they took my money. The tractor received does not work so I emailed them and they said they would get straight back to us and you can guess they did not get back so after numerous emails they emailed back and said they were very sorry but they would get someone ASAP to contact me, after a week still no joy. I have asked them to collect the faulty tractor but they will not answer my email and don't try and call them no one answers it just goes to voice mail and if you leave a message no one calls back. I have now had to contact my credit card company and raise this issue with them. The jeep I have managed to get my money back for that after again telling them I would contact the credit card company. So be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

Absolutely shocking company. Bought a scooter for my daughter which was faulty. I have emailed numerous times with no response. They are fraudsters!!!!

Don't use them. Avoid them at all costs. No customer service. Ordered and paid for 3 cars in August. Still waiting for either goods or refund, now November. No update or feedback given. They don't respond to voice mail, emails, nothing. Don't use them, you will waste time, money and nerves.

Terrible customer service.Have been trying to get a refund for 6 months.They don't even bother to respond to my various emails/calls etc now. I'm not sure Harriet(customer services) even exists, or from the amount of terrible reviews she must be rushed off her feet! The website is very 'smoke and mirrors' dont get sucked in!

Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased a Land Rover discovery for my sons birthday and was assured it would arrive on time. It didn’t and despite a few bare face lie emails from Harriet saying they are having trouble with all of their couriers and promises of delivery 2 weeks on and no delivery and now all emails and phone call are being ignored. This company have now stolen £305 of my money and left my young son heartbroken with no birthday present. Disgusting human beings. Legal action to follow!!!

Do not buy from this company. No customer support. Do not answer telephone, mailbox is usually full anyway. Don’t answer emails. If you manage to get someone on the live chat they just fob you off and say they’ll personally get ‘Harriet’ to get back to you today. It never happens. Whatever you do don’t be fooled by the website. Terrible, terrible company

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! bought a mini beach comber which is of very poor quality, they don’t use google reviews because they would all be bad! No phone to call and ignore emails. Do not use this business!

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this company. Ordered a £200 electric car for my children. I never received a dispatch email. Queried, was informed it had definitely been dispatched and the courier had not uploaded any information and was promised an update - update never received and I was just ignored. Have tried emailing and calling just asking for a refund as it seems obvious they have not dispatched otherwise they would provide tracking information. I believe it was out of stock and they were trying to buy time - but why not just be honest? They've lost the sale and damaged their reputation now either way. I have had to go to Paypal to claim a refund. They have not responded to the case at all so far either. I would avoid this company now altogether and either use Amazon or make sure you pay with paypal so at lease you have some protection if they screw you over.

Ordered a replacement remote for my electric car for £25 and I still have seen it a month on, I’ve email 5 times with no answer and also rang both help lines several time with no answer on both, then when it says leave a message for a call back it says mail box is full you can’t leave a message

FRAUD SQUAD call them straight after you pay this guy total con man!! only a drop shipper sources cheapest look alike cars then laughs at your request for refund pretending he is a middle man 😂 i can laugh because i done charge back with bank!! not this time ay! so many others have been conned PLEASE don't be one of them!

I brought a Merc car for my daughter, I didn't get to check vehicle until 4 days after it was delivered ,box wasn't damage so didn't think there was any rush when I opened the box ,the said item was cracked scuffed and clearly been used before,company offered nothing and said it was my fault for not checking it within 48 hours of delivery,thankfully I paid via PayPal and they refunded me the money after a dispute!! Cheap and narste would stay well clear!

The car is fine...so far. However, dealing with this company has been a nightmare, I would recommend avoiding at all costs. I paid for 2 working days delivery...got the car 6 working days later. They breached data protection by sending me another customer's details. They now won't refund the delivery charge or apologise and are simply ignoring my emails. All reviews on their website are 4 or 5 stars - they are clearly filtering them because a web search will show you more recently dated, very poor reviews.
