"A Scam-Like Experience \u2013 Shame on Kinguin and Foxngame\r\n\r\nThis was one of the worst digital shopping experiences I\u2019ve ever had. I bought what was clearly labeled as a 12-month Xbox Game Pass Core subscription on Kinguin, expecting the normal activation key to use with my Xbox account. Instead, the seller Foxngame sent me credentials to a fake Microsoft account created under the name \u201cKurnaz Tilki\u201d with a made-up birthdate. The Game Pass was activated on that fake account \u2014 meaning I couldn\u2019t use it with my actual Xbox profile that I\u2019ve had for 17 years.\r\n\r\nThis entire product is misleading and restrictive by design. No normal customer would reasonably expect that buying a subscription means being locked into using a fabricated identity and someone else\u2019s account. That alone should disqualify this kind of product from being sold at all.\r\n\r\nTo make it worse, Kinguin makes the deception even easier with a \u201cShow key\u201d button in the inventory \u2014 suggesting you\u2019ll receive a redeemable code. That\u2019s not what you get. You\u2019re redirected to a third-party site and handed fake login credentials.\r\n\r\nWhen I contacted both Kinguin and Foxngame to explain how unusable and unethical this product is, they both refused to refund me. Their excuse? \u201cThe product was delivered.\u201d Apparently, delivering a fake account that violates basic platform rules is good enough for them.\r\n\r\nKinguin enables shady sellers like Foxngame to mislead customers and takes no accountability when it goes wrong. This product should never be allowed to be listed, and both Kinguin and this seller are complicit in pushing digital goods that are deceptive, restrictive, and borderline fraudulent.\r\n\r\nAvoid this platform at all costs."

"Company is allowing merchant to post items and images of content suppose to be included (say fallout 4 game of the year edition with each dlc picture\/name\/price of everything included but then only selling 2 of the 4 products listed with the same name as the normal bundle and will not refund or help in anyway get the products shown in listing)\r\n\r\nThis is a scam site they allow false advertising, the product images are allowed to be included in the listing even if it's not included in the bundle\r\n\r\nThe images do not match the product so please beware. No support or refund for products and content that don't match listing. Don't find out the hard way just don't waste ur money on this site. Spend the extra .30 to go somewhere else\r\n\r\nThey issue no refunds"
