“BUYER BEWARE I had ordered a few times with no issues. My order was placed in the beginning of January and after contacting customer service I find it will not even ship before at least 2/8. Customer service is terrible. They wont refund my purchase. This is actually second issue with them. Last order bread wasn't really fresh. If I get this order it will be the last and I've advised friends who also order and they have found another source. Please beware this company has gone downhill.”

“Hello. On October 17th (8 days ago) I ordered your (fairly expensive) 4-package of low carb bread from Amazon. They arrived on October 18th (I am a long-time PRIME member) and immediately went into our very cold refrigerator. They are well-packaged, as you also must know. Today, I just opened 2 of the loaves. BOTH have green mold on them. Needless to say, all 4 loaves are now going into the garbage. Amazon is processing a refund. And YOU just lost a customer.”

“Keto bread is horrible! I have no idea where they came up with, it taste like bread. Not even close.. Slices are smaller than a slice of Kraft cheese. Try tearing the bread. It like pulling on a rubber band. Bite into it no way it it light and fluffy like real bread. Way over priced at least for us here in Texas. Wonder who wrote those 5 star reviews? Probably Kiss My Keto employees. Only way this.would taste like bread is if you toasted it and covered it with ketchup. Sorry product. Spend you hard earned money on a decent product.”

“I bought a small bag of "Kiss My Keto" butter cookies for my granddaughter at Walmart. After eating a few she said they were yucky... So I tried them. At first it tastes bland like there is no salt in them. But then you bite into crunchy lumps of what tastes like pure salt. Yuck!!! My granddaughter had dumped the remaining cookies in the trash. And needed a drink to help get rid of the taste. I emailed Kiss My Keto and after several days of runaround they said to go to Walmart to get a refund. Walmart would not refund because they said it can't do a return on an empty bag. I did have the receipt, but that didn't matter. Walmart said it's up to Kiss My Keto to make it right on their defective product. So back to emailing Kiss My Keto... Well they said since I didn't buy it through them they couldn't give me a refund. Never offered anything at all... Just sorry we can't help. After reading the comments here it is obvious they don't back up their products even if you do buy from them... I will not buy another product of theirs! There is no customer service...”

“I ordered many products but there was a long delay in delivery, and the breads arrived stale. The company refused to replace them. In addition, the power bars were not properly packed, and in the heat, all melted and were impossible to eat. One, actually, made me sick. I will never deal with this company again as their customer service team in NOT helpful.”

“My husband, son in law and myself all had an allergic reaction to the shortbread cookies, made from the Kiss My Keto mix. Very strange, mouth and tongue swelled up. They wouldn’t give me a refund, only a voucher to spend at their website. The products on their site cost more than at the store. So with their voucher I’d have to spend more money than what I got back, plus shipping cost! I just want my $8 back. Terrible customer service.”

“The bead was weeks old. It was not frozen. It tastes like cardboard. My dog would not even touch it. The granola I ordered did not come. They do not stand behind their products. DONT BUY THIS OVERPRICED STALE FOOD.”

“Testing the blood tester itself today gave me 4 different readings in just a few minutes!! Seems to me when checking BLOOD for ketones over just a few minutes 4 DIFFERENT TIMES you should get the same reading.....if not....what reading am I supposed to believe? I got a 0.4 then just a minute later 0.6 after another minute 0.5 and then the last reading less than a minute later was 0.9! WTH?.... I am so disappointed that I don't trust ANY Keto blood monitor now!”

“Beware of these products. My experience is they are inconsistent some of the bars tasted great I purchased some that were rancid and the company refused to refund my money not very good customer service.”

“I contacted kiss my keto by email..since there is no phone #..mistake #1.....and Lyn emailed me back and stated that they do nor have CUSTOM SATIFICATION GUARENTEE..and I offered to send items back because it is the most disgusting bread ..if u call that food!...they will not refund me my money ..talking about store credit...I dont want NOTHING ELSE FROM THEM!...BEWARE PEOPLE BEWARE.”

“I ordered my product through Walmart, but it was shipped by Kiss My Keto. I ordered it on February 9, 2021. It is now February 26, 2021, and it's still "Delayed." I know there have been snow storms, etc., but this is absolutely ridiculous.”

“I ordered the Ketone Blood Meter Test Kit. I used it 1 time and the next time I tried to use it one week later, I got the low battery error message. I went and purchased a new battery but I am still getting the same error message. I have reached out to customer service via text and email and have yet to get any assistance. I have also called multiple times and keep getting a voice mail. I am disappointed to say the least. I will not be shopping with this company again.”

“Ordered the bread off of Amazon on 12/8/2020. The bread was not delivered until 12/28/2020 and it was completely molded. 28 days to deliver is unbelievable. I have also contacted Amazon to let them know what kid of product they on their site. I have been eating Keto for three years and was hoping that this bread would be good. I didn't have the chance to find out because it was inedible. Looked disgusting. Because of the mold and the God-awful lengthy arrival time I will not be ordering this bread again. Just money down the drain. I sent an email to your company with picture of the moldy bread from my iphone. Thanks but no thanks. Deborah Clayton”

“WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! KISS MY KETO CAN KISS MY A$$! ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, ONE BEING FROZEN BREAD... I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND UNLESS I CONFIRMED IT WAS NOT RECEIVED TWO WEEKS AFTER IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED. THE REST OF THE ITEMS WERE SHIPPED TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STATE. THEY SIMPLY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY ALTHOUGH I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I HAVE ORDERED!”

“I love this bread. It is the best Keto bread that I have ever had. Unfortunately I can never order it again. Actually getting your product is torture. It takes weeks and weeks. And after you order from them them they literally email bomb you on a consistent basis. I repeatedly ask them to stop. Love the bread but cannot tolerate their horrible service. It wasn't until I threatened to spread word of their awful service on Facebook that they stopped some of the emails and said they would put a "rush" on the bread. It still took ANOTHER two weeks. Not worth the headache.”

“They gave some great products but their customer service is so poor I have decided not to order from them anymore. They often send emails or texts saying the product was delivered when it has not. When I call or email them about it they tell me I have to track it and call the carrier. They take no responsibility. They often do not get back if there is a question. And when they do, their attitude is poor.”

“I recently signed up as a new customer. Placed my first order for keto strips. I was super excited to get started. I tracked the product waiting for delivery. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday, 1/12/19 but according to the tracking it arrived earlier than expected on Friday 1/11/19. I got home from work and checked my mail but no package. I walked over to my neighbors hoping it was sent there by mistake but nothing. I tried calling Kiss My Keto on Saturday but got a recording that they were closed. So I called Monday morning. I got voicemail. I called 10 more times throughout the day and only got voicemail. I also emailed. After 8 hours I received a response saying this was mailed and I should check my mailbox. I replied making them aware I had already done all of that and that was the last I heard from Kiss My Keto. I have cancelled my subscription. Its bad business when no one will answer the phone when dealing with customers. Very poor customer service.”
