“Purchased a couple of spice racks which turned out not to be fit for purpose. Once full with a normal spice jar you can't get them out without a real fiddle as the next tier is too close and the jars can't turn sideways if they have jars aligned next to them. It has cost me a significant amount to return as this company are in Dublin. I'm hoping they will be reimbursing me for postage costs otherwise I will not be happy. Why would you invent a storage system and put it on the market to sell without actually testing if it works in practice. Really disappointed but fingers crossed they come up with a great customer services attitude, which at the end of the day is what it's all about.”

“Our carousel arrived in about 2 days. We fitted it so simply following the instructions on YouTube. My only very small problem was that there were no screws included in the packaging and fitting required 8. But we love it. And will definitely try some more projects from kitchen fittings direct.”

“Arrived within 3 days both times. There was no additional packaging on the wire baskets except for the cardboard box that it's in, so the lower wires on one of mine had become bent in transit. The main frame is strong though and unlikely to bend. Since it was at the back, I decided to pull them back into shape rather than send it back and reorder.”

“I installed 6 chrome baskets into existing cupboards increasing the amount of storage space and accessability. The baskets are good quality and relativity easy to fit. I made a template for the fixing holes making it much easier to drill the holes. Care was needed to avoid existing door hinges.”

“Have recently bought and installed some of the chrome wire baskets to convert a kitchen cupboard to a larder unit and LOVE the product so far. Service has also been great - dispatched as stated and arrived when expected. Cannot fault anything!”

“I was quite nervous about using you but I couldn’t find what I was looking for at any of the major stores at the price I could afford to pay. I’m glad I’ve found your company and I’m impressed with the quality of the goods, speed of arrival, ordering ease, and fitting of the baskets. I am just a 53 year old lady DIYer and I managed to do this alone with my trusted drill measures, spirit level and screwdriver. I have longed for my larder to be more useful and now it is.
