“Seems to be a good quality product but the fitting instructions are very limited. Things like minimum distance from the front edge to the start of the runner would be useful additions. Overall satisfied with the product and would recommend to others.”

“There were two shortcomings. 1. The delivery time was postponed twice which had me waiting on the road for half an hour, and hanging around for more than an hour. 2. The item does not quite fit the kitchen unit in that the unit door does not close flush but sticks out. The unit is within the specified dimensions and the door would would have fitted flush if the adjustable rods of the back frame had been attached to the ceiling instead of the ends. There is no warning about that in the instructions. Having spent some time identifying the problem, I was too disheartened to take everything out and start again.”

“The item that i ordered from Kitchen Fittings Direct made the job easy to fit my electric oven under the worktop and was the right fittings which i needed , as the company Beko who i originally order my fittings from kept sending my the wrong fittings . “I bought these wire baskets for several cupboards and they are that good I bought some for other cupboards. They are easy enough to fit and I can now get to all things at the without having to move everything from the front. Absolutely love them, and best price I could find.”
