“Ordered three soft close wire baskets. Goods arrived quickly, and at a reasonable delivery cost, despite lockdown. Easy to fit and pretty robust. If anything the mechanism feels a bit stiff but will wait to see if it loosens a little over time. One issue I did have was whilst the runners were 'true' having been checked by three different spirit levels, all the baskets were constructed unevenly i.e. lopsided (consistently so) which meant they looked down on one side when fitted. Not too much of a problem but it did require a bit of a 'workaround'. That said, a reasonable product for a reasonable price and I will be ordering so of the normal close wire baskets soon in the hope that they are part of a better manufacturing run.”

“Got the drawers/baskets in an amazingly fast time, especially in these times! Fittings etc are excellent quality, however i ordered for a 30cm opening and had to double board the sides of the opening as, 30cm width, was far too wide for the 30cm baskets ordered. They are really good quality for the price though and i cannot fault fittings direct for the speed of delivery too.”

“Our carousel broke, didn’t think we’d be able to replace it under lockdown but thankfully we were able to order and get delivered within 3 days. Minimal disruption and easily fixed in place.”

“These fitting were just the job for a small job I had to do in the kitchen. These Pelican Self brackets were easy to fit, well made and look good when installed. I would recommend them along with Kitchen Fittings Direct for supplying them. A good professional organisation. Thank you.”

“Delivery very prompt given the current climate. Instructions are awful but a small amount of intelligence gets you through. The tall larder pullouts are ok but pointless being able to adjust to such a high cabinet as the baskets can only work in the smallest adjustments”

“The hanging rail was good quality and easy to install. The only problem was the fitting of the pull arm the fixing screws were in adequate and poor quality. However, a few seconds with a tower drill and better screws 👌”
