“All perfect excluding cost of shipment which wasn’t correct at the first place. Should be 5 and I finish with additional 15£ This is not nice. So this is area to work on it.”

“Sturdy, well made and should be long lasting as long as you do take notice of the weight recommendations. Not too difficult to fit, would have been easier if the instructions were more clearly printed. It was hard to read some of the measurements. Price is very reasonable compared to other suppliers.”

“I was very impressed with the quality and robustness of the larder unit which I purchased. Also, the handling of the order, speed of delivery etc were very good. Two criticisms: (1) The installation instructions could be improved considerably - very small print, and the diagrams should be bigger (2) I ran into a problem with the door leaning out at the top. I contacted your sales department and had an exchange of correspondence with Hugh, who I am sorry to say was most unhelpful, and did not seem to have any knowledge whatsoever of the product. Eventually I solved the problem myself”

“High line wire basket arrived promptly and was exactly what was needed, correct size and easy to fit. One negative was the amount of packaging used which was totally unnecessary!”

“Excellent delivery service. Only had the sink fitted, sink was bent/warped not visible on inspection but obvious when fitting. Luckily the fitter was experienced so was able to attach extra fittings and straighten.”

“I ordered a pegboard drawer organiser. I was impressed when it arrived within 72 hours. It was very well packaged indeed. I knew it wouldn’t be a perfect fit for my drawer but a narrow strip of wood filled the gap. Very happy with it.”

“The drawer organiser is good, the only reason for dropping to a four is that the sizing is not brilliantly clear as to whether drawer is the outer size or the inner so I ended up with a slightly smaller product than required. Still works well but a quick addition to the website would be beneficial”
