“The items arrived in reasonable conditions. Some of the boxes had been bashed around/opened but all the items were present. We had ordered soft-close sliding basket inserts of various sizes and they all fitted (tightly...) in the cabinets. Fitting was quite straightforward for an experienced DIYer More information about the dimensions of the soft-close mechanism should be provided on the website - while the baskets and runners *just* clear standard door hinges, there is a lug used by the soft-close mechanism which can foul the hinge. Sod's law says that you will always want to position the basket where the hinge is... This lug can also foul the door if it does not open clear of the cabinet. Overall a good experience - reasonably price & quality, accurately described & delivered.”

“Excellent service. The sink I previously ordered was still not in stock in time for when I needed it, however I chose another sink and had it delivered on time at no extra cost to me. I was disappointed the original sink I orderd I didnt end up getting because of stock issues however I am still happy with the sink I now have. Thank you I would definitely use again. Julie.”

“I recently bought some drawer rails from Kitchen Fittings Direct, their website is easy to use and very informative. I ordered the goods, got a delivery date and had the goods delivered within two days. Exceptional service, a fraction of the price for the same goods from large DIY stores. Would definitely recommend this company.”
