“Just went to purchase a hall stand. Went to get a trolley and all locked up. Staff member says $2 for trolley. He also says you can get a trolley from somewhere else. If you want people to purchase your products I suggest offer a trolley to carry their goods for free. I did walk out as I did not have cash on me.”
“I made a special trip to Kmart at Lismore Square this morning at 10am ,as I wanted to buy a backrest for my bed .I couldn't find any on the floor so I went to the service desk and the young girl looked it up and said we have them in stock room so she went to get me one .She came back 5mins later and said they were up to high for her to reach ,so I asked iff she could get someone else to get it for me and she said no the manager isn't here so we can't get it for you .I wasn't very impressed with the service I received as I had made a special trip to buy it .Very disappointed iff they were in stock why not have them on the floor to sell .đ¤đ¤đ¤ not happy Kmart .

“Chermside Kmart is located in the middle of a huge shopping centre. Anyway their trolleys are locked you need a $1 to use them. Who carries cash?? Iâm a disabled woman and I use the trolleys to help me walk. I had to line up at self service checkout to withdraw $1 so I could do my shopping. The whole ordeal of getting a trolley took me 15 minutes. Will we be unpacking Kmart trucks soon too just like we checkout our own items?? Pathetic kmart”
“Just wanted to acknowledge wonderful service from Elizabeth ( Liz) at kmart Figtree Grove today . There were no bags of beans available for my bean bag that i was purchasing so she went out the back & delivered the 3 bags i required to the checkouts for me â¤ď¸ i worked in retail & i know staff often would just say "oh we're waiting for a delivery " or "I'll have a look out the back " but just come straight back out having not bothered to look . “Purchased items online and paid for them, order was cancelled due to availability not being at 3 closest stores - what a joke, awful system no reason items can't be sourced at other locations.

“Iâve had a terrible experience (again) with Kmartâs online store. I placed an order last Thursday and had 5 items cancelled and refunded, despite stock levels showing available. The items werenât even sourced from my local store but shipped from one way out west â makes no sense logistically.
The packing was atrocious. A wooden kitchen spoon was taped to the outside of a clothes dryer box with cellotape â fully exposed instead of being packed properly. On top of that, they used a courier to deliver a single makeup sponge ($1) separately from another Kmart store up north. Total waste of time, money, and resources.
Itâs disorganised, poorly managed, and not worth the hassle. Honestly, youâre better off going in-store and finding the items yourself. Really disappointed by the continued incompetence of their online service.”
“They processed a systematic account closure, after having accepted my funds. for 8 month they just keep closing out support tickets. Cant get in contact with anyone from support, everything is done online no center to call. Really annoying that they took my money but thanks to bitclaim , i was able to get my money back with help of bitclaim . n e t.”

Refusing to exchange wrong-sized clothing without a receipt just 3 days after Christmas is narrow-minded, mean-spirited, and poor customer service. “So Xmas is fast approaching. I went onto the Kmart website and picked out approximately 21 items for my eight-year-olds Christmas presents. It cost me a little over $300. I was told it would arrive on the Tuesday, today is Saturday and they said itâs coming with couriers please and gave me the tracking information and when I put that into the system couriers please could not give me a date that it would arrive, and to make matters worse. They use this delivery company and they have no contact information you cannot call or do online chat with couriers please. You just have to wait until theyâre ready to deliver. Iâve called Kmart every day and gone ontoto the online chat every day trying to find out where they are and whatâs happening afraid that theyâre gonna run out of the gifts I want for my son and they still canât give me a date they just keep telling me to wait a few more days! so I went online and did a click and collect for the items in multiple stores and Iâll have to drive around the whole of Gold Coast to collect them and even then the items I had chosen they had said that some of them are not available even though they are available to choose so okay thatâs fine. I gave up. I searched and I did another click and click for a store that seem to have most of them when I got there The store actually had all of the items even though the website said they didnât, so now Iâve got an online order that I cannot cancel because itâs Home delivery and two click and collects that Iâm having trouble getting cancelled because they are making excuses. Theyâre saying they are very busy and have lots of orders. Well of course you are. Itâs Christmas you idiot itâs not a surprise. It comes around the same time every year so why arenât you stacking your staff up to be prepared for this type of thing? Absolutely amazed that a company like Kmart cannot get something as simple as this done. so now I have to wait for my click and collect to be cancelled and I have to wait for my Home delivery to be delivered so I can refuse to sign for it and it will be returned to the store and I ventral I will get a refund, this is the advice from one of the online store team members or I have to take the 21 items in to the store to get a refund because they canât cancel our Home delivery. This is the craziest shopping spree I have ever encountered. My advice to everyone out there is try Big W first or even Target as Joe they sell Anko products. Well I feel a little bit better for now from venting and I came and doesnât care what is that 26 million people in Australia and Iâm just one little flea that they donât seem to care about they donât try and go above and beyond they donât offer any compensation they just do nothing, one man is nothing to the corporate giant like they are.”
