“My first yarn order took six weeks to be delivered to me. I stupidly recommended knittingco to someone else. The order was placed in December and still hasnt arrived. I wasn’t going to leave a review but on reflection this needs to serve as a warning. When placing an order with KnittingCo insist that the order is posted through Australia Post and not their courier service. Also, when KnittingCo was contacted they said that they no longer had stock of the yarn. They sent a substitute that was totally inadequate”
“Extremley bad communication. Questions repeatedly asked and never answered. Decided to avoid buying there. If you can't be bothered with a question then I don't trust that you will complete my order in any great hurry. Avoid.”

just wanted to say how much I liked the speedy service I got using this wonderful store. I ordered the Chiaogoo bamboo dpns and then realised I wanted the stainless steel ones. I emailed the shop and was immediately answered that as long as I don't open them, I could send them back, but to order the other ones straight away as they were limited. But when the bamboo ones arrived, I couldn't resist opening them and started using them. I loved them, you really feel the quality in them and then the stainless steel ones came and I love them too. I never really thought about quality of needles having grown up using the old steel or plastic ones. But the difference is enormous.They are the best, get yourself some.”
